| To return an item (UNUSED) please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-448-7830 for a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA number is required to get credit for the return. Additional information on returning an item is provided on the back of the shipping invoice. Because people do not open gifts before Christmas/Chanukah we will accept all returns for 30 days after the holidays. Remember an RMA is still required to return any merchandise. | |
