Pros: easy to use;
not too big for regular (to ear) phone use;
BLUETOOTH!
Cons: no wi-fi;
accessories and additional info on phone is currently hard to find
The Bottom Line:
Kinda expensive but overall the device is well worth it. It eliminates the need for both a phone and PDA.

I have had my 6601 for about 2 weeks now and I love it! It is easy to use, I love the Windows Mobile 2003 operating system much better than Palm.
I though it would be kind of big for actually holding it up to my ear and talking on. But I have not gotten my BLUETOOTH :) headset yet so currently I have been holding it up to my ear to talk on. It feels comfortable and not too big at all (much more natural than a blackberry). I was concerned that I would be hitting keys on the touch screen with my face while talking on it but I soon figured out that I could turn off the screen and still talk on the phone. I can even put the phone on speakerphone and use other PDA applications while talking to someone! UPDATE: I finally got a Motorola HS820 Bluetooth headset. It works great! I can adjust the volume and answer and hang up calls from the headset all while my phone is still in the holder on my hip! I just have to get used to people looking at me funny because they think I'm talking to myself :).
The internet is not high speed but is actually much faster than I thought it would be. Probably equivalent to a 56K dial up modem (of course depending on what webpages you are trying to pull up and the graphics it has on it). I can go to any website on my phone! I got unlimited data for $15 per month, don't let them get you with that $30/month data plan, the $15 one is all you need (its unlimited).
OK, now for the real deal...what complaints do I have:
1. There is no real documentation on this phone. The manual that came with it is very small and has only basic information. UPDATE: I found a user's manual for a slightly different version of the phone at http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=569 (click on the FCC link on the page and it will take you to it).
2. I wish it had wi-fi but I found out that I can get a wi-fi SD card for about $100 (from SanDisk). UPDATE: I tried the WiFi + 256MB SD card from SanDisk and it does not work well with this device. I had to do a soft reset of the device every time I put the card in. Sometimes I would have to do that 3-4 times before it recognized the card. Once I finally got it to recognize it the WiFi worked great but it could not read the 256B memory on the card. It kept asking me if I wanted to format it, I chose yes and it would freeze up. I would then have to soft reset it again. The WiFi card wasn't worth the hassle, so I took it back.
3. I always have to make sure programs are closed. It was running really slow one day and I soon realized that I had a lot of programs open that was taking up a lot of memory. Once I closed all programs it ran well.
4. My phone just froze once when I was trying to dial a number. I couldn't do anything so I had to press the reset button at the bottom of the device. Lets hope this doesn't happen often.
5. Accessories for this device are hard to come by. The Sprint stores in my area don't even carry the phone (I had to order it). Radio Shack is supposed to have this universal mobile charger kit but they did not have a tip that fit my device. I finally found some accessories (for a reasonable price) at www.boxwave.com.
6. I can't figure out how to assign a ringer and picture to a contact. In my old phone I could do this, I assume I can do it with this phone but maybe not.
7. Expensive! The phone was kinda high, the Sprint PCS rebate helped a little. If it was $100 cheaper it would be a no brainer but I had to think long and hard before buying it.
