Pros: 3ccd optics, Leica Lens, Decent Quality Stills, DV/AV Inputs, Compact size.

Cons: No Manual Sound Level, No Zebra pattern, Electronic Image Stabiliser.

Bottom Line:
If this camera suits your budget, there is no reason to look elsewhere, to buy anything better would cost 50% more. It's not inexpensive, but it is great value. Read More

Pros: 3-chip, Small, Light, Leica Dicomar Lens, excellent price, controls are well-placed and natural, top-loading tape

Cons: No optical Image Stabilization, lacks manual sound control, may be too small, internal mic

Pros: 3CCDs means awesome color! Very affordable. Nice included accessories.

Cons: Poor low light performance. Relatively low-res CCDs (occasional jaggies in video, poor still quality).

Pros: Multi-function [PUSH] dial, zoom microphone, tiny powerful battery, lots of user-controlled settings.

Cons: Hair-trigger zoom control, poor user's manual, awkward lens cap, extra parts needed for downloading footage.

Bottom Line:
Already a discontinued model? Poor user's manual and website support. Zoom control is very difficult to use. Very complex to operate to its full potential. Read More
