In order to achieve bold effects without sacrificing ease of use, the Camedia 350Z provides a number of digital editing functions. Shots can be changed to sepia or black and white photos, and a convenient resizing option allows reduction of the data's file size. The image rotation feature is particularly useful when viewing photos originally taken in the portrait format, on a TV. To further enhance creative possibilities and practicality for users, the camera also includes: the recording of 15 frame-per-second movie clips in the QuickTime Motion-JPEG format, a panorama and 2-in-1 shooting function, as well as a built-in flash with four flash modes. For storing the data, this model uses the ultra-compact storage medium xD-Picture Card, and a 16 MB card is supplied with the camera. Minimize

Not designed for me, but very good nonetheless

Author's Rating: 4/5 stars

Pros: Very handy in both size and function, superior image quality.

Cons: No manual controls, not as sexy as the Digital Elph, no AF-assist, bad red-eye.

Bottom Line:
A great camera for non-enthusiasts, with excellent color, focus and exposure. Poor low-light focus and red-eye, however. Strongly recommended for the point and shoot crowd. Read More
