BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!

Author's Rating: 5/5 stars

Pros: Feel of a quality built auto, ride, fun-factor, speedy acceleration, & cornering

Cons: could have used a different color for turn signal & wiper knobs.

Bottom Line:
Mini is called "Pocket Rocket" for a reason. It handles & rides wonderfully for a sports car. Don't buy one if you are shy of meeting new people. Read More

Author's Rating: 5/5 stars

Pros: Handling, available options, economy, Appearance, allure, power to weight, sunroof option, folding rear seats

Cons: No factory armrest between seats, no auto up windows in US

Bottom Line:
Car is fun to drive, and practical for commuting. It has excellent curb appeal, and you can't get better handling. I like this car more every time I drive it. Read More

MINI Convertible Is Fun, But More Charming In The Showroom Than On The Road

Author's Rating: 3/5 stars

Pros: Overwhelmingly cute looks, quick steering, agile handling, increased sense of novelty.

Cons: Same chintzy interior plastics--now sun-accentuated--plus duller acceleration, poor visibility, pronounced scuttle shake.

Bottom Line:
It's easy to love this car for its styling, but its increased weight and poorer ergonomics make the MINI's already-underwhelming driving experience even more compromised. Did somebody say Miata? Read More
