Cons: It's white, or at least it was white..I can't keep it clean.

It's well-made, sounds great and works with subscription services as well as your old cd's and purchased tracks. (Or Audiobooks, or they have special "Zen Casts" available.)

Purchased 8/10/2007. I have had to reset it twice, but in defense of the machine, I had gotten caught in the rain with it on, and didn't quite get it put up quickly enough. It did not lose any of the songs. I listen to it for about 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week and a few hours on the weekends. ( I have a job that allows us to use mp3 players while working in our cubicles.) I have not had any screen or battery issues at all. I would absolutely recommend this player to anyone. I also love that it works with subscription services, mainly because like i said, 10-12 hours a day, nearly every day of the week, I am listening to it. I had another brand of player that only lasted three weeks before it quit, not to mention all the co-workers that are constantly complaining about their machines. Their frustrations are what made me choose this player. Not one of them had this one! That statement is no longer true, because they have all asked,"What are you using? You never seem to have any problems". The only thing I dislike about it is the fact that it's white. Or it was white, anyway. I can't keep it clean. Hardly important though.
