Gone out of business with my $2090?
Website down and E Mails asking for SS numbers
Goods never appeared.
Gone from Google search and no recourse on google for endorsing theives

I've seen many different reviews on this company. I had placed an order before my research and I did get somewhat concerned.
Like other buyers, e-mails went unanswered but when I called the customer service 48 hours after my order, I was immediately provided with accurate shipping information. I received my Yamaha receiver 2 days later. The unit was in it's original sealed box, inserted into an outer box. Very professional!
The only weird thing: They did not charge my credit card till almost a month later???

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order for a speaker their site indicated was in stock. Specifications were provided via an e-mail exchange with their customer support dept that this product needed to be received by a certain time frame or else I did not wish to proceed with the order. Unacceptable delays occurred and they were unable to meet my deadline. They acknowledged that mistakes were made on their end (I have all e-mail threads as proof). I indicated that I would be forced to cancel the order and they threatened that they would charge me a 25 percent restocking fee even though I had not received my order and despite their acknowledgement that their mistakes resulted in the delay. I responded with 3 e-mails contesting this practice that went unanswered. The next thing I know, my AMEX account was charged a restocking fee. I contested it with AMEX and they decided to reverse charges although a bitter taste remains. Be wary of this merchant. Note that I am not the only customer to have this complaint!

Wonderful shopping experience. I found that my experience with Brandnamez.com was exactly what I wanted. They provided information with no "hard-selling". Their pricing was excellent. Altogether very professional and would recommend highly. Would purchase from again. Loved the follow-up call after the t.v. arrived to make sure everything was fine. Fast delivery.

THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A USED CD PLAYER FOR NEW. I DISPUTED THE CHARGE SO I RUN AWAY FROM THAT FRAUD. WHILE THE DISPUTE WAS PENDING, THEY SHIPPED ME A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT PERMISSION SINCE THEY KNEW THAT I WOULD REFUSE IT ANYWAY BUT SHOW TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT THEY DID THE RIGHT THING. THEY CHARGED ME 3 SHIPPING FEES AND RESTOCKING FEE. THEY LIED SAYING THAT I REPORTED THE ITEM AS DAMAGED AND THAT THEY COMMUNICATED THEIR POLICY TO ME IN ADVANCE!!!

BIGGEST CROOKS IN THE ON-LINE RETAIL BUSINESS. JUST TAKE A MOMENT AND CHECK THEIR RECORD IN BBB!!!

I have order numerous things in the past from these guys. I was very surpised with my first order. Not only was it delivered way ahead of the scheduled time, but the follow up was excellent. One of the items on the list was out of stock and thet mailed me asking me if I still wanted this product. The customer service was also really good. The packaging was also tamper proof and really secure. I can really recommend any person to shop at this vendor. The website is easy to navigate and there is no hidden costs and shipping. Brandnamez really live up to their promise. One of the few honest and reliable merchants on the on the internet.

Everything about this purchase (Denon AVR3806) was great. The price was unbeatable, the delievery was very fast, and they kept me informed at every step of the transaction. I will be checking Brandnamez first for future electronics purchases.

DO NOT BUY from this COMPANY! I placed an order, $701 worth audio cabinet. I need it very badly. I have it shipped as NEXT DAY delivery. I called them the next day after my order to confirm the status since it says on their website that this is not shipped yet. The guy told me that it's NOT possible to ship it the next day. Then what's that huge shipping fee i paid for? He also told me that its "Enhanced delivery service". What the heck is that? There's no description of this in their website that such will take 5-7 days to deliver. Now, I'm stuck since i cannot cancel my order.

SO to everyone out there, BE REMINDED, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

this place is absurd they want to charge 25% restocking fee for an item that hasn't beeen shipped yet, the customer service is absoluty unprofessional i would never even consider ordering from these people, do your research before ordering from this outfit

Brandnamez is selling altered KEF products.
I ordered a KEF iQ2 Center channel from Brandnamez. When I got it it look like it had been repacked. After I opened it, I called KEF to ask about warranty and placement and was informed that Brandnamez in NOT and authorized dealer. They asked me to check my serial number on the carton, it had been removed from the outer carton and removed and altered on the back panel of the iQ2 center channel speaker. The speaker had fingerprints on the cabinet and looks used. I have no warranty on this product now as it was open and alter by Brandnamez. This is terrible.

I am going to return it and buy from a reputable dealer
