I had the terrible experience of pre-ordering 2 Sony flat LCD televisions from this website around Thanksgiving 2012 and according to its website, the items will be available in a matter of few weeks. Its now middle of March 2013 and there are no Televisions in sight and was informed that they will not be able to fulfill my orders after all the long wait due to the reason they say is the inability of acquiring the products from Sony. They just want me to cancel the pre-order and wait for the new model release which I am sure will mean more money! What a choice! And I only learned about all these through my initiative of constant email follow ups, no courtesy emails or phone calls from them! If only they put a disclaimer that there is a possiblity that the pre-ordered items will not be delivered, I could have gotten them from other reliable online sellerds for the same price, no tax and free shipping and not waited for an empty promise. What a total unprofessionalism and disappointment! I will NEVER patronize this website again!

They are a top notch company, they treat you with respect and are I'm afraid a dieing breed. Love getting a real person on the phone who is knowlegable, polite and very helpful. My speakers came and one of them had a tweeter that did not work, did not want to send it back so he helped me with with what to check. Sure enough it was just a wire came off the housing in the back were you wire it up. Thanks once again Vanns!!!

Excellent service. The A/V receiver was defective. The Vanns representitive gave me the choice of a refund, a replacement unit or an exchange for a different brand. The service was immediate, polite and knowledgeable.

I bought a velodyne Optimum 12 subwoofer from Vann's for about 1000 dollars. They shipped it to me with it nonfunctional. When I called them, they said too send it back for refund. I want the sub because I got a decent deal on it. I had to contact Velodyne. Now I have to ship the sub to Californial to get it fixed. I wil never buy from Vann's again. It was a con.

The first product did not work. The replacement has not come yet.Ive been charged for both so I really can't say yet what my shopping experience is. I hope it turns out good eventually.

I recently purchased a denon avr-4311ci home theater receiver from Vanns.com. Vanns had an unbelievable price for this outstanding audio component. They shot me an email stating their inventory count was zero, but that they would ship as soon as it became available. I thought, "I won't see this, if I'm lucky, for another month or two." To my surprise, a week later I was setting it up in my living room. Thank you Vanns for fulfilling my order so promptly and smoothly. And YES I'll look to Vanns in the future for more great bargins and service.

We have now purchased 3 items from Vann's, a LG 47" LCD TV ,a Sony Blue Ray player and a Onkyo Home Entertainment Center. We shop online at Vann's exclusively. Vann's is a great place to shop, has the best selection and the best prices. We don't even bother looking at any other web sites.

Status of original Product package from their ware house was in bad shape! Seales and product supporting foam packing were broken and the Amplifier does'nt appear to be brand New factory sealed, may be Referbished. The outside shipping packaging was good and it does'nt appear to be caused during transit.Ofcourse the amplifier seems to function and I sincerely hope that I don't run in to problems.If I have to order again this is a very serious matter of consideration.

The box was placed inside another box and well padded for double protection. I like this! UPS and Fed Ex DO NOT always handle items with care.
