My experience was excellent right down through customer service and super shuttle shipping. The only thing the manufacturer could have done is make the V strap longer on the shoe for us with higher insteps. Shoes are very comfortable except for that one problem. Thankyou

Beware... even though they advertise free shipping, they will charge you a $5.00 shipping (on email confirmation) "packaging and handling" fee (on packing slip). This fee is non non refundable when you return the item and you will pay an extra $7.99 to ship it back if you do not wish to exchange.
They do carry great and special brands and offer a vast selection of (expensive) shoes but their advertised % off will not apply to some brands.

Their marketing practice feels tricky and left a sour taste. I will not shop with them again.

My order arrived very nicely packaged & on schedule, however it took 9 days for delivery. Product was not even on back order. I have ordered shoes from other distributers & received them next day, without additional charges. For that reason, I will not be ordering from "Online Shoes" again!

I purchase a pair of yoga pants through online shoes and they placed the wrong zip code on my order, confusing my billing address with my shipping address. I called to have this corrected before the order went out, repeated myself three different times to the person on the phone just to clarify and make triple sure that they understood the change - they said it was changed - and now I am dealing with UPS not knowing where to deliver the order. It was not changed. They not only messed up the original order they were incapable of fixing the order even after I called to inform them of the error. I am no happy. Do not order with this company.

I just went on line looking for a particular pair of shoes, and I saw this site that offered a discount, as the shoes were quite expensive, and I saved 30%, the shoes are wonderful, arrived within two days, and they were exactly what I was looking for. I would absolutely use this site again!

I also didn't see at first that they state free shipping (to your home) and free EXCHANGES. Not free returns. I was surprised when the return was that costly. I was excited about the selection and variety of sizes. Nice to have that many choices. I liked the shoes I received as they appeared well-made with reputable name brands. I put one pair on and walked around for a couple of hours without discomfort. I was pleased... until I watched a 3 inch roach crawl out of one of the boxes. It was loose in my home for over 12 hours. A word of caution. Consider opening boxes from this company either in your garage or preferably outside. Not a good experience.

VERY POOR! I agree with the other reviewers that state the free returns aren't free. You only get free EXCHANGES. Customer service was not awful, but left something to be desired. I will stick with Zappos in the future and never purchase from OnlineShoes.com again.

The boots were a last-minute gift for my granddaughter. They were received exactly on time to allow me to give them to her on Christmas eve. She is delighted with the boots and I am a happy Santa. I need some dress shoes, so I will definitely use this service again in the near future.

Beware of their processing time. They indicate 1-2 day processing on their website. I am on the second day still waiting for them to "process" my order. I called them for an update, and they said the warehouse has FOUR days to process it, then it's back to them for another 1-2 days of processing/shipping. Looks like it will take me well over a week just to get a pair of boots processed/shipped with this company, when Zappos and Amazon had them to me within 3 days tops.

I ordered a pair of shoes (Bates Oxfords), that I thought was in my size. Wrong. My fault. I called to figure out what to do and discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the Womens' version of the shoe. The girl on the phone said that she would issue the authorization but warned that maybe my discount may not be honored. I told her that the only reason I was on onlineshoes.com was because I got a discount pass. Otherwise I could just go out buy a pair of shoes. I live across the street from Macy's 34th St.! Today I see a $20 additional charge on my card. Had I known, I would have asked for a refund and shopped around NYC. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible customer service and exchange policy. I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift and subsequently needed to exchange them. They make you purchase another pair and then the credit to your card will occur after the items have been returned and received. The problem with that is that when you purchase an item with a discount, then have to purchase the item again as an exchange without a discount, they will only credit you for the original discounted price. Therefore, the exchanged pair cost full price and the discount received in the original order is null and void. What company could possibly expect repeat business with this type of policy?

I got a code for a discount, which helped a lot. Free shipping/free exchange made me decide to buy online from this site, otherwise I would not have. It was very simple to see all the selections that I wanted to see.
