I purchased a Toshiba laptop and one year Geek Squad and Virus Protection. You can not use the Virus Protection unless you give them a credit card so they can charge you when the year is up.
I complained at the store and was told they heard the complaint before. I wrote the corp. hdquts. and never even got an answer.
You pay your money and they will not give you what you paid to get.

Customer Service hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely by a someone in a business setting, unbelievable. Cannot return a refurbished item bought online to a store. Would not do a price match on a refurbished item that is within the 15-day window, but is now 50% off 5 days later. I don't understand why they won't refund me the difference -- instead, I have to return the item via mail for a full refund, and buy another one at the current discounted price. Ridiculous. A waste of everyone's time. But I can't get over the fact that they hung up on me by interrupting me with the words "Thank you for calling Best Buy. Have a blessed day." You, ma'am, did NOT bless me today.

Just as rude, unknowledgeable, uncaring and unhelpful as they are in store.
Shipped me an item that was not the one pictured. They had the wrong image up for the item. The description for this item was so unclear that there was no way to tell that the wrong image was posted.
Tried to resove with customer support but their only solutions involved more coming out of my wallet or me going out of my way to exchange item or return items for THEIR mitake.

The ONLY issue I had was "me thinking there was a dedicated
line just for on-line order pickups". Then when I got there, there was a line of six or so people for other issues such as customer service and returns.
I thought it took away from the hype of ordering on-line and its ready to pickup, with possible special parking, just come in, pay for it and go.
The slight wait or delay just caught me off guard.

We purchased the computer online. They were very quick to take the money out of our account.......and it took over a week for the order to actually process. We tried checking on it online and over the phone multiple times with no success. I have had way better experiences with other smaller companies.

I was not please with the product I received, I understand that a Pre-Owned game may not have the codes and such in it but, it should at least be in the correct packaging NOT Disk-Only! I am very unhappy with this experience and will NOT be purchasing products like this from BEST BUY in the future!
