my knowledge.  I contacted  NuvaLife and they agreed to refund this amount.

Please watch out for this company. Like the rest, I was also a victim of the $9.95 / month scam that is automatically put in place at the time that you place your order. By the way.... if you call and speak to the supervisor, they DO have a plan in place that allows for a 6 month refund of this fee if you "squeak" loud enough. The squeaky wheel does get results here(I did) but it is a shame that it has to come to that. Why do they have this policy in place to begin with(the 6 month refund)???? Is it because the problem is so widespread ????? I asked the supervisor this and she could give me no reason!!!!Let's see if they are true to word in crediting my account.

I ordered 4 containers of Biggest Loser Protein Drinks and got two of the four. Experimenting trying to find one I like.

I was also scammed by Nuvalife on 03/08/2012. They lure you in with the lowest price and then sign you up for memberships. Even though I clicked no thanks they still signed me up for two memberships in Rebate Giant for $9.95 a month and Bestbrandvalues for $19.95 a month when I finalized my order. So you can't really opt out unless you don't order, which should be illegal. When Rebate Giant sent me an e-mail about my membership I called their number and immediately cancelled my membership. Rebate Giant also cancelled my membership to Bestbrandvalues which tells me they are all in it together. I checked with BBB and found many complaints about Nuvalife. It looks like they may be based in Florida. The Florida attorney general should take action against them. I told Nuvalife to cancel my order because of the way they trick you into membership, but they refused. I will dispute the charges with my cc company if I don't get the exact items I ordered and if their are any membership fees on my account. I will never order from them again and will do better research before ordering.

I made an order, waited for the product for 10 days and still there was no news of my order, then I decided to contact them via e-mail only to find out they had cancelled my order without me knowing about it..........I hope they didnt charged my credit card for the order...

First time to order from NutritionLand.com and I was very satisfied by their service and products. I will be ordering again from NutritionLand.com.

This company operates with criminal intent.  Any product they may be selling is a smokescreen to get your credit card number to make fraudulent charges.

I was defrauded of $120.  When I called, I was given an address of their company.  The address happened to be close to me.  I stopped by the location but there was no such company at that address.  These are internet criminals.

TOTAL scam! I ordered 2 containers of protein powder. Order confirmation said I ordered 1. I emailed them back to tell them to add another & then when I got the shipping confirmation it still said 1 so I called. He said I only had 3 days to cancel the order & it was over the timeframe. He refused to send another one without charging me shipping.
Then I checked my cc statement & so far I have THREE charges! Must be the monthly membership BS I kept reading about.

I ordered 3 boxes and received only 2. Customer Service said I would be mailed the missing box and I would get a phone call or an email. Didn't receive either and had to call and find out what was happening. Find out they credited my account instead of mailing out the missing product. So if I want the 3rd box I have to pay shipping. It was their mistake not mine, and I should not have to pay shipping for what I had ordered this first time. Very disappointed with the service. Then they gave me a different website that was running specials on what I ordered and when I went to that site, the product was not even for sale.

The order was received a week ago and was packaged very securely and in excellent good condition.  The delivery time was a touch longer than I expected (took 6 days).

I have been scammed by this company after purchasing vitamins at a discounted rate.
