The first problem you failed to ship for over a week due to a oversight Iwas told.The second order Iwas told was on back order after I called to check on it a week later.As far as I am concerned you have dropped the ball in service.

Not only did SWPS have the replacement battery I needed, they had other products that I did not even know were available. I was able to convert my Stinger flashlight with a xenon bulb to an LED, with fantastic results. The item arrived ahead of schedule. SWPS is a great online store with excellent prices.

Disappointed on the back order but the CSR made good by shipping one item now and the other when it comes in at no addn shipping charge. I had paid expedited shipping. If a product is not in stock, why is expedited shipping even an option? No brainer???

My order went smooth and easy online. The product I received doesnt work with the pelican case i have so i needed to return it when i was met with the reality of a 15% restocking fee. I work in e-commerce and should have read before ordering about restocking fees.There are way to many great companies i could have ordered from that give 100% satisfaction with NO RESTOCKING FEES! ORDER FROM ONE OF THEM!!
