It wasn't what I totally expected because pictures are not like trying the thing on. Color was way lighter than the picture. It is human hair and after a call to you I understand I can color it. Hopefully I can make it work for me.

I am a repeat customer and have been satisfied each time I visit their site.

I ordered an ombre extension. I received it in a timely fashion, opened it and tried it on. It did not fit on my head correctly and the color did not look good. I returned it immediately. About a week later, I received an email saying that the extension was not returned "in factory condition" and the "hair piece removed and no longer attached to plastic fastening and clip no longer sent back, ribbon no longer tied to the item". This is a direct quote. How do you know if an extension works if you cannot try it on. They deducted 50% from my refund so I ended up paying $30 for an extension I never wore. Horrible customer service. Total rip-off. Stay away from voguewigs.

The wig is excellent. Packing met expectations. I thought shipping (over a certain amount) was free.

Ordered MT-KAMIKA in color 1BF30 to MT-KAMIKA in color 1B or 4F30 each time I receive an email saying the color was "out of stock." Finally, today I received an email that apologized for the confusion "THIS ITEM IS DISCONTINUED." Out of stock colors and/or items should NOT be on the website.

Happy with product, delivery a bit longer than expected probably due to delay with Customs. Would not hesitate to shop at Vogue Wigs again.

Really negative and aggravating expereince....purchased merchandise on 8/31/12, online, paid with credit card.  --waited and waited and waited...finally called, only to be informed that merchandise is on back order???  Was not the status upon ordering, so I canedlled the order at that time (by phone, verbal)...waited and waited for my account to be credited, has not happened.  Finally I e-mailed Voghe Wigs on 9/23/12, requesting the credit to my account.  Instead of doing that, it was debited, and the representative refused to refund the money, talking circles aroung me...aggravating.  I am not out $104.XX, for which ai will have to contact my bank to file a dispute.  Spent hours on this...disappointing. 

My only problem was the outrageous cost of shipping.A box within a large box for a wig weighing mere ounces was environmentally unsound and wasteful. The wig did not need that kind of protection. A padded envelope would have worked equally well and would have been much cheaper for the customer . Twenty five dollars to ship a 45 dollar wig is frankly really off putting and may prevent me using your company in the future. Apart from that your service was excellent. Thank you .

I've made two orders here. They package and ship extremely quickly, with good packaging, and the products are good quality. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I haven't had a chance to really WEAR this wig.....it will have to be trimmed a bit to fit my small face. But the delivery time was certainly expeditious and the wig seems to be of good quality. I LOVE the color.
