**very long wait time on the phone customer service (but the person was SUPER helpful and very good attitude!!)--over 12 minutes.
**online FAQ about shipping policies (if stores can/cannot get items) are not very clear, needed to talk to a human.
**a second call to customer service (long wait time) was needed because my "shop your way reward number PIN" was not acceptable....it's the one on the back of the card. :(
**so the whole purchase took more than an hour to complete, after the items were selected and in the basket. very very disappointing. a very small change to the website FAQs and the PIN guidance instructions could have saved me over 25 minutes and a lot of frustration..

i have not recieved them yet, but had to go through a credit card check, even though i have a k-mart card. this was because of a shipping and billing adress mix up, because the order form would not go through with my filling it out with both adresses. i think your on line order form in that aspect could be better. when i told the person atcustomer service this she said it askes for shipping adress first and then billing for the card second, like i didn;t do it right and i was stupid. don't like that, you should put more promps or directions.

I placed my order at 4 pm and received an email the next day that my order was cancelled due to my size being sold out. Two days later I received another email thanking me for my purchase. Very confusing.

Excellent experience. Ordered in morning was notified by afternoon it was ready for pick-up. Plenty of selections to choose from. I would shop like this again in a minute

Item was deal of the day. It was signifigantly cheaper than other site. I did in store pick up. Received email that it was ready. However, it was not at the pick up desk. The attendant was very nice and went into the back to get it but it was still a wait. They should have had at the desk waiting.

Ordered a gift for my husband that was to arrive from December 24-27. On the 28th I contacted Customer Service to find out status of deliver. "Brandon's" first response was "There was an error in your order processing, let me process your refund. It will take 3-5 days". I quickly explained that I didn't want a refund, I wanted the item and would also like to have overnight delivery at no extra charge due to the error on their part. Then he checks to see if it is in stock (I checked the Kmart website at the same time and saw that it was). He said it would take 5-7 days to find out if they have it! I then asked for him to simply cancel the order and refund me. He tells me it will take 7-10 business days to cancel the order because he is not sure if my order has been processed. WHAT THE HECK! Then he ends the chat conversation as I was typing! I will NEVER order from Kmart online again and will also tell everyone I know about this experience.

kmart.com failed to deliver the items that I ordered online. They made an error and canceled my order. Mistakes happen and I am not a judgmental person even though that was a gift that I did need. But the thing is that they DID NOT return my money. I spent many, many hours on the phone with their customer service. They said it would take 4-6 weeks for the money to be sent back to my credit card. Never happened. Three month later I spoke with one of their managers (after a few customer service employees hung up on me) and he said that their system shows that the money was returned. When I assured him that I never got my money and I offered to email him my statements he didn't seem to care and he hung up! I was so tired and frustrated that I cried. Needles to say, they still have not sent me the money.

The first item I was looking for was in stock on the website, but out of stock when I put it in my cart, very frustrating. I managed to find other items that fit my list, super easy checkout. The way the confirmation emails show the free shipping is weird, makes it look like you are being charged at first, but upon close inspection you are actually not. Packages arrived extremely fast and in great condition, although would have preferred the order in one shipment. Overall a good experience. Will shop again.

I NEVER USED TO EVEN CONSIDER SHOPPING AT KMART, BUT THEN I MOVED TO PLACERVILLE AND IT WAS THE ONLY STORE FOR ME BECAUSE I WILL NOT SUPPORT WALMART AND HOW THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES. ALSO, I DO NOT SUPPORT WHAT THEY SELL IN THEIR CHINESE STORES, SPECIFICALLY LIVE TURTLES ETC. IT IS DISGUSTING TO ME THAT THEY ALLOW LIVE ANIMALS TO BE SOLD IN THEIR FORIEGN COUNTRY LOCATIONS....THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR MARKETING...AND I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS. BETWEEN THE POOR EMPLOYEE TREATMENT AND THE SELLING OF LIVE TURTLES IN CHINA...I SOUGHT OUT AN ALTERNATIVE AND FOUND KMART. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WALMART. THE ONLY THING I BUY AT WALMART ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR IS AN OIL FILTER FOR MY TRUCK. THANK YOU KMART!

excellent experience. I ordered folding chairs which are of good quality and great value--and free shipping. It was very easy to order and the chairs arrived within a few days. I will definitely order from K-Mart.com again!
