wickedly difficult site to navigate and it wants to push the "external" sale links instead of Sears. If I wanted other site's material, I would good to those sites and not Sears.

The online experience, especially the chat after the shelves arrived slightly damaged, was terrible. Going to the store in Ogden was a joy. The sales clerk indicated (as the online site did not) that my local store had exactly the same shelving for the same price. The clerk made my exchange of the shipped shelving easy and pleasant.

Item went out of stock at online warehouse before order was completed, so I lost out on getting the free shipping. Now I'll have to travel 50 miles each way to the closest Sears store to pick it up at a cost of around $16.00.

It was very convenient and easy. I have one nearby so I love using the in-store pickup. I just order online and then when I show up at the store, it's there waiting for me. Very quick and efficient.

Sears lost my order, told me it was shipped, than said was delivered, than said was being shipped. Piece of **** company!! Stay far away from this **** hole. Sears corporate tells me that this is a third party seller and they have nothing to do with it. They said it doesn't matter that they use the sears.com website and charge your sears card, it is NOT there responsibility I need to contact the vendor. When I explained that I did and they refused to talk to me I get hung up on.

I placed an order for a large stationary belt sander and accessories. The accessories arrived, but the sander did not. The UPS tracking showed it enroute back to Sears. I called customer service, but they did not stop the return. The return says that the customer did not want the item, but that is a lie. I did not cancel the order. It never even showed up at my house! Besides this, why would I cancel an order for a machine and keep the accessories that fit it! I e-mailed Sears several days ago and they still will not give me a response. I've made three major purchases from sears in the last 2 months with home delivery, and only one of those purchases has gone well. The sale prices aren't worth the headache to get the products. I am done doing business with this company.

I ordered two identical items to be shipped separately to two different addresses. One had excellent tracking and was delivered very quickly. The other, the tracking was not as good and was delivered a day later. (different states)
