J&P SUCKS!  It felt so good cancelling my order today.  I have been getting the run around for 3 weeks.  They kept extending the date, and now they don't know when my stuff will arrive.  One of the items was a J&M Fairing speaker kit.  I have waited 3 weeks.  Today, I found them on Ebay.  They are $6 cheaper and will be here this week.  FREE SHIPPING...  The worst part is, I am a GOLD member and they are cheaper on EBAY.  Like I said, feels great.  J&P can kiss my business good bye!!!!!

There website says parts available. Then after 2 weeks of waiting through record breaking weather come to find out by MY INVESTIGATING they were going to get the part for another month...but they didnt want to tell me that and just left me hangin...I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.....DISHONEST.....!!! Customer service was rude at times...skip the middle man...WOW im so upset with myself for trying to save 20 bucks.....!!!! Never again....

J&P Cycles had a great range of product and I found what I was after, however actually getting the product was more hassle than it was worth. I placed two orders within a short time frame, one with paypal and one just by credit card online. The item that was paid by credit card was cancelled as they emailed me asking me to get a letter from my bank confirming that the credit card I has used was mine; I'm sorry, I am happy to adhere to certain requests in order to minimise online fraud but this is a bit beyond the point, what would you have me do take a day off work to go the the bank and get a letter? The second item took SEVEN weeks to arrive! I am in Australia so it is international however I ordered six other items from the US after ordering these parts and I received them well before I received the parts. Contacting J&P cycles was useless as all they did was refer me to the online tracking, thanks very much I'm not an idiot. Their customer service was poor and I will not be shopping with them again.
