Very enjoyable

When I ordered an item,I checked the availablity of it and it noted that the item was available, and then once partial order was recieved, the item wasn't sent due to it not being avaiable. This is frustrating, because I was expecting to get the suit I ordered in the correct size~ but didn't. So far that is my only problem.

Turn around time a bit slow in today's market, but satisfactory. Many places I shop online, have next day shipping as regular shipping. The 10 days for this order included a couple weekends so it is satisfactory.

Would like their swim gear to be more chlorine resistant than it generally is. I think they are making improvements. As a regular swimmer, this is important.

Although the company is one I consider to be high quality and certainly do not dismiss its products, I could not complete my on-line purchase in 3 attempts. Apparently, the website would not permit my zipcode input for mailing address. It would not accept the former zip code nor the current zipcode for my city, which the US Postal Service changed in July 2006.

Everything went smoothly as expected.

Item was received quickly and I was pleased with the product quality etc however it did not fit as their sizing chart indicated it would.

I ordered on line and the goggles arrived in a timely fashion. I'm not sure that I like them yet: they do seem to be lower profile than my other goggles, but that doesn't necessarily equate to staying on during a racing start any better than a non-low profile pair might. I'm not unhappy with them though, and do know how to drop my chin to my chest when diving in. kw

I appreciated the variety and value of the swimsuits at the website. Polyester suits are not easy to find but they certainly outlast the nylon ones. The suit arrived on time, but when I tracked it, it was stuck in IL for several days and then suddenly it was in Anderson with no mention of its leaving IL.

I have found better products than those made by Speedo, but I buy from them sometimes as a back-up. I needed prescription goggles and they had them. I used to buy Speedo swimwear, but I have found competitor TYR to make much better suits for the same price. Speedo gear is not nearly as good as it was, say, 20 years ago.

I had to try buying this product twice. The first time I tried was on 8/29. On 9/12 I wrote to customer service and inquired about the order since I had heard nothing from them. About 5 hours later, I received an email stating the following: "Unfortunately, there is no available stock for the item(s) you selected and we are unable to ship your order. You will not be charged for the unavailable items that you ordered. "If you did not receive all of the items you selected , this order will no longer continue to be filled as a "back order", due to stock availability. We will no longer be processing back orders. "You will need to select a different style for your next order. All of our SALE items are clearance items and are subject to being Sold Out and no longer available for purchase at the time you placed your order." Just in case, I immediately went back on the site to see if the item was still available for sale. When I saw that it was, I thought I'd try again. The order arrived in about a day. It seems like the customer service agent that handled my email, just blew it out by cancelling the order. This opinion stems from the fact that I actually ordered what I wanted again that same day and got it a day later. I understand that good help is hard to find and will write this off as a one time issue. If this were to happen again, I would conclude that it has more to do with corporate policy and training than a lazy individual and might reconsider doing business with the company.

I loved your site for its variety of all swim related merchandise. However, I placed my order about 2 weeks ago and have not received it. I have been too bust to track the order and have been expecting its arrival each day. It has been very disappointing. Please check on my order. Thanks Laurette Matthews
