Very Good Overall

Easy to follow website and easy to understand product festures. Good deals - I wasn't expecting from a Mfr website. Disappointment set in when the laptop power button wouldn't work. Guided through basic troubleshooting with customer service - ended up having to return the laptop for another. Luckily, the 2nd one works...for now. Not a very good first imprssion. Had a sense we were doing quality assurance for HP - not they for us.

It has always been outstanding. There wasa $10 discount offered next day for purchases over $50 and I called it and got a credit without any hassle. Things like this and their quality products at good prices keep me a loyal customer. Thanks and keep up good work.

The error was my fault - it was hard to figure out what to do. The representative did a good job. It seemed like it took a long time (approx. 30 minutes on the phone) to arrive at a solution. When I receive my shipment I will then be satisified.

Shopping at HP Direct was no problem. I'm just disappointed in the product. The set-up was not like the manual described. Had to get a friend to all sort of stuff that was in no way mentioned in the manual. The copier part of this is awful. . .entirely too slow. Had to go out and purchase a stand alone printer because this one caused way too much frustration.

I would liked it if the product properties were more clearly stated. I wanted a wireless printer, thought I bought a wireless printer but in fact have a printer that connects via an ethernet cable. I'm dissapointed.

Ordered a quick ship computer on line, Followed the progress with order tracking. But received a email saying the order had been cancelled. No explanation, other than an item on the order was not in stock. Further telephone conversations revealed that the type of computer was no longer available.
