fast shipping.  wrong product - after speaking w/ customer service they realized they do not even carry the correct part for the year / make/ model of my car.. after they told me how to return i did so... only to find out that they only gave me 65% of my money back!! there was NEVER  a mention of a partial return amount nor its in in their online return policy page..
WILL NOT WORK WITH A COMPANY WHO CHOOSES TO DO BUSINESS THIS WAY.

I haven't recieved my parts although they may be home today when I get there.Its only been one day. I must say I found my condensor at one third the price, what a saving. I hope its the right one. I will shop at Go-Parts again and again, and it was easy to order parts.I would perfer to at lease talk to someone before buying something unseen. But thanks again, Its hot with out my air condition.

I ordered this part on Saturday. Despite the website saying most orders shipped the same day. It is now Tuesday, I have received no e-mails from Go-Parts regarding my order, or when it will be shipped. When I check in on the order in the site, it says, waiting for shipping. So, so far, the service has been bad, no contact and no shipping of the part.

Merchant's website is misleading. It states that "most" orders ship the same day they are received. It ends up that they have specific cut-off time (12 PM) and orders received after that time ship the next day. If they have a cut-off time then their websire should be changed to state that orders received after 12 PM will ship the following day. This is a very deceptive practice.

Found the part I needed and this merchant by using Yahoo Search, ordered the part quickly online, and recieved it 2 1/2 days later- on a Saturday! The site, checkout and order tracking were all very easy to use. I don't think I have ever ordered car parts online, but the price brought me in and the rest was just a bonus. I will definitely go here first the next time I am looking for a part.

Dear Sirs, After a month of having placed the order with go-part, I received a traching number to check the status with fedex. Up to this date, I have not been able to make sure that this purchase was sent since the tracking number does not show up on fedex´s system. I do not know if go-part really shipped my order but it so appears so in your system. Also, I do not get any answers to my emails. Very incredible, very bad service!!!

Easy to use website, shipment arrived sooner than expected. No problem recommending or coming back to purchas other items. Not an issue at all but recommendation for a potential improvement. I may have missed something, but it'd be nice if the vehicle selections remained constant throughout the searches, avoiding multiple entries.

FedEx did not keep the delivery progress up to date. The expected date of delivery was passesd by two days before they even updated the progress and that simply is unacceptable. This is in no way the merchants problem however they should look into the way FedEx handles their deliveries.

The 'live chat' reps are very helpful. I was able to validate if the part is right for my car. The part arrive sooner than I expect, and it is the right part. Was able to install it in my car perfectly. Will definitely buy from go-part again, if I need to.

The picture of the tail light and the description do not match. I bought the wrong one a while back and even emailed customer service telling them about the mistake and a year later it still has not been fixed.

Great replacement part. Super fast shipping (same day as my order with tracking). Came UN-painted - as noted, but was easy enough to get color matched at a local body shop. Easy to install (big plus), although instructions would have been appreciated. Also, I contacted the site about price match but never heard back from them. That was disappointing. But all and all, I'm happy and I've got a new mirror for hundreds less than the dealership wanted to fix it.
