I have not used the oil yet. It is for a salad dressing recipe and I have not finished my current supply.

So far, all of my orders have been excellent deals and the shipping was very fast.  I would order from them again.

I'd be concerned about purchasing vitamins based on the shipment received. The box was of poor quality and smashed in at one side. The items inside needed more protection; some of the lozenges were in pieces. But I've only opened two bags so far. When I've received shipments from Vitacost, their boxes and wrapping materials are superior. The bubble wrap all glass bottles (Twinlab)and it's always a pleasure to receive their packages. Nothing is ever out of shape or looking as though it was placed inside without regard as to how it would ship. That would be my main concern judging from the only shipment I've received from you so far.

I have shopped at Swanson for a number of years and never had a problem that required a phone call or mail-in form. Anytime I need a vitamin or supplement, Swanson is the first place I check. Thank you for having such a complete line of products. M. M.

I had just signed on with the "Bill me Later" with Pay Pal and wanted to give it a try. I had recently heard that Buckthorn Caps was an excellent healthy item to take. Your website came up on a search and I was very surprised to find you had an extremely large selection of healthy items to choose from. You have an excellent website to search and purchase from. except i did notice that it is a couple of dollars more. it was $19 when i first got it , the middle man was amazon, then i ordered direct and i think it is 21.99 ??????

I used to shop on Swansonvitamins since 2007 and I was SHOCKED to see that they increased the price of the 1 gallon of Willard Water DARK, it went from $46 to $82 IN LESS THAN A YEAR!

Also Silver Biotics 16oz went from $20 to $22.63 in 2 months only. And the list goes on and on. They have increased their prices significantly on everything. Their so-called saving is a lie, the retail price that they mention and the saving is a pure lie, I found cheaper prices at my local store than on Swansonvitamins.com so please do your home work and not believe the hype.

CONCLUSION: This place is now one of the most expensive places to buy vitamins online. AVOID it as they are being dishonest in their marketing and prices. They just lost another customer.

Got a bad dropper on a bottle of Stevia Extract. Called Swanson - & they are sending me another. No questions, no problems.

Also I had purchased a face cream with L-Glutathione. I mentioned that the face moisturizer was giving me a "burning" feeling - and they switched me to a " product Specialist" - he said that some reactions do happen and that will not be known till tried. When I "asked" what I should do - he offered to refund me the cost of the product (and it was a buy one get one free) - said give the other to a friend, throw it away, or what ever you want - "don't worry about returning it. All we will do is throw it away anyway" So I will give it to a friend to try.  

Most other places they would have said too bad or ship it back at your cost.

I have been a Swanson customer for about three years. Their quality of vitamins are the best in the industry and their prices often can't be beat. Wish they would offer more free shipping coupons to offset the 5 bucks.

I've ordered twice now from this company and have been satisfied with the service both times.  The products I use from them have been excellent quality and exactly as described!  Last order I got free shipping so I opted for the "expedited" shipping for a $1.50 - order was here in 2 days!  Thanks Swanson!
