the comforter came very quickly and packaged nicely. I can't wait to put it on my bed. I love the colors, ordering was very easy and I would recommend to my friends and buy again. thanks for great service and great choices!

HORRIBLE!  I purchased a comforter set from them on January 28th, 2012 and received it on February 1st, 2012.  I loved the set and thought it was pretty comfortable.  Unfortuantely about 2 weeks ago it started coming apart at the seams.  I have never washed this item either by hand or in the washing machine.  The stitching is unraveling in the middle of it literally causing the stuffing to fall out.  I called to get them to exchange this item however they will not do that...the woman on the phone basically told me I was SOL.  She was rude and they won't do anything - horrible customer service.

I ordered a comforter set from closoutlinen.com.   It was not at all as described - the french blue was actually mint green.  I called customer service and they said they just use the description from the manufacturer, so they wouldn't take responsibility for that, and if the color was off in the photo they would blame that on different moniters.  They will accept returns, but you have to pay the shipping both ways.  Not a good deal!!!!
