good selection and price; shipping was expensive but that may be out of your control

The web site said the product left the warehouse in 24 hours-it was 72-and ships in 3 business days. I still haven't received the product. I ordered it on May 6th and as of May 16th (10 days later) I dont have my tile. Unacceptable. I don't even know if any of it is broken or will have to be reordered.

Still waiting for credit to my credit card for 3 sample tiles that were not shipped, but charged. Not sure if I would purchase from them again, as there are other merchants (on-line and physical stores) that I could do business with.
