Web site could be a little less cumbersome. Did not like that if I took a close look at an an item and wanted to go back to previous screen it could not be done. Had to go all the way to beginnig. Also your clothes are unique, but overpriced for the quality.

This item has been back ordered. They gave a date in June so I won't know more until then.

The good thing about the store is the selection. Of course you also pay for if heftily. The website is subpar, tiny images and not enough information on the products. Shipping is slow. The only reason I shop this store occasionally is that it carries the brand of dresses I like for my daughter. This particular brand is not easy to find in he States. If, however, this brand was discontinued, I would not shop Chasing Fireflies again.

The only issue is with returns. When filling out paperwork to process a return, they request the amount paid for each item. Unfortunately, they do not include this info. when shipping out the product. I shouldn't need to remember what I paid for an item!

The staff was helpful and my package arrived in a timely manner. Things are good quality and just what I expected.

I enjoy the offerings by Chasing Fireflies; however, it would be much easier to shop if you could narrow your selections by size rather than having to select each item only to find out that they do not have the size for which you are looking. This would be especially helpful to those of us who have slower download speeds. This would save much time to be able to sort products by size.

This is the 3rd purchase and all with good results. As my grand children reside in Hawaii I find the shipping time quite agreeable and never a disappointment.Excellent organization

Was surprised at the shipping route the items took. Seemed like way too long for such a small package. I live near Dallas and couldn't believe all the other cities it went to on the way. Took a lot longer than purchases I've made with other vendors even though it was packed and shipped quickly.

service was very fast especially for personalized product. one improvement would be to remind customers about free shipping offers or promotions they qualify for when checking out. i always receive email promotions from this company but forget to use them.

I have not had a bad experience with this company. CSA are always helpful.
