So we ordered several items back in Febuary after waiting and waiting only one item was recieved took 3 calls to to be told oh yeah, sorry those items are no longer available. Great so now what.....well they said here is a refund plus something for all the inconvienence.  so we recieve an email for gift certificate for 100 only its not really 100 its only 24.95 not even enough to cover the 75 in missing merchandise.  So multiple calls and promises later I am now told. This is all we will are willing to give you.  2 months and countless time wasted talking to them for nothing, cant even get the full refund of merchandise never recieved.  Forget NFLSHOP.COM I will never ever ever purchase from them again! I sure hope this steers others away from them as well, as my research shows not just my bad experience but countless others who have been done wrong!

Deceitful advertising, they promised to get my order out and would be at my house by Christmas Eve.  Didn't happen!!!  My little guy is still waiting for his present, everyone else had theirs.  I called them today the 26th and guess what? It hadn't even been processed, so much for promises.  I cancelled the order but with them who knows, I will never never order anything from them again and I strongly advise anyone else not to order from them either.  Shame on them.

Ordered a custom sweatshirt earlier in the week. The website has shown the same status "Item(s) located in stock" since the order was placed. Getting nervous that the order was not going to arrive in time (especially after reading all these negative reviews) I had a mini panic attack and called their customer service line (1-877-NFL-SHOP). The automated prompts gave no more info than the website, but hitting '0' I was connected to "Robert"...a very nice, English-is-my-first-language, super friendly agent. He looked up the order, assured me that he showed the item done, pulled and placed in a truck to send out on its way to me, but not yet technically shipped.

I guess we'll wait and see, but it was a very positive interaction and I am no longer imagining the worst! I'll update this when the order arrives, but for now I'm quite happy with how things are going.

UPDATE 12/19/12:
My order arrived yesterday (I ordered on 12/11/12 with free shipping). I had the shirt shipped to my brother's house in TX, so I haven't seen the shirt in person. But he assures me it's very high quality and looks great. All in all, I'm extremely happy with NFLshop.com.

I bought my Son 2 t-shirts for $63.00 this Christmas. I had a little over $100 in my checking account, no problem right? Well it turns out they debited my account for $126.00 and I was overdrawn! How can this be??? I contacted customer "service", and was told that they only charged me once for $63 and that my bank witheld another $63 to make sure of the payment. So I called my bank and they said that is NEVER their practice with ANY company. It's clear that NFL shop took TWICE THE AMOUNT out of my account and then days later put half back in. In the meantime I was overdrawn.
On top of that they outright lied to me about it. They did this through my bank, my bank had nothing to do with it. This whole practice is ridiculous!
I'll NEVER buy anything from NFL shop again!!!

I ordered a knit hat and a hoodie. They charged the shipping on the hoodie because it did not "qualify" for the free shipping. Also got 10% off on my order but the hats went on sale for 25% the next day. Called to get the 15% difference back and was denied. Will not order from there again.

Your customer service sucks, the policy of holding money without advising is unheard of. Then you say free shipping, then at check out you are advised during you next shopping check out. Well it want be a next time for me, because if Eastbay don't have it, or Dick's, Champs I want buy it from you...

Worst online shopping experiance ever. Took weeks to get 2 football jerseys and when I recieved them the Eagles Jersey with Celeck's name was spelled CCLCK! Upon futher review this was stiched over another players name Asomugh! Never answered emails or phone calls and the return address on the package is in chinese!

I ordered a customized NFL jersey for $149.99.  I was told that it would take 10-14 days to arrive.  Okay, so I waited.  Finally arrived and I was excited until I opened the package.  Highly disappointed when I saw that the name was spelled wrong on the back of the jersey.  Called customer service to process the exchange.  I was told I had to wait another 10-14 days for the replacement.  WHAT?!  I needed it for a hugh football party for the upcoming weekend.  I asked, "can't you express ship it?  It was not my fault you got the order wrong!"  Was told by customer service, "sorry, can't help you with that."  I just overpaid $149.99 for JUST A JERSEY WITH A NAME ON IT AND YOU CANNOT EXPRESS SHIP THE REPLACEMENT?  I will never order from the NFLSHOP again.  Buyers BEWARE!!!

I "pre-ordered" the new nike Jersey and a customized plague for my boyfriend's birthday. I knew the customized plague would be late; however, the Jersey said it would ship 24 hours within being released. I wanted him to be one of the first with the new Jerseys. I am extremely disappointed and upset that the local sporting goods chains have recieved the jerseys and my order hasn't even left the warehouse. What is the point of pre-ordering the jersey if I can go to the local sporting goods store and purchase the item(and not have to pay shipping) faster?? I have bought items from NFLshop.com before, but I will NEVER again!

Horrible! I ordered a sticker set that was described to come with 354 stickers. I received 140 stickers and no packing slip to return the product. I contacted customer service and they spent more time explaining to me how busy they were at the holiday season than it would have taked to fix my issue. Needless to say, I never got any resolve and was scammed. I would be very careful giving this company any money. They are not trustworthy.

I have had a series of incidents with NFLshop.com since November 26, 2011.  The final straw... I ordered an item on Decmber 16, 2011 that was guaranteed to be here by Christmas (or it is free).  The customer service agent assured me that I would have no problems this time.  It is December 28th, my order is lost and my credit card has been credited for HALF the amount (took several emails and phone conversations to make that happen).  I don't mind paying for an order if I receive it.  I think it is a slap in the face that I am charged anything for an order that I may or may not receive.
Customer service agents are all very nice, but unfortunately, only have the ability to pass along information--- have not found anyone who had the ability to do anything about it.  Good luck if anything goes wrong with your order.

Horrible customer service!!!!

Oh, and if you're thinking Christmas gift for this one, even when it says they 'guarantee Christmas delivery', they DON'T~  I was actually told that there was a 'extreme amount of orders with the jacket I ordered' which is why it will be a week + late!!!  HELLO, morons, it's the gift-giving season!  Don't 'guarantee' something if you can't do it!

I highly recommend nobody ever orders anything from NFLSHOP.com not only can you not exchange an item, but you have to pay shipping when you order it ($8.95)and than another $5.50 shipping to return it. All I wanted was a different size of the same item. On top of that they are not going to refund my visa card because I used visa card and a gift certificate. So instead they want to send me two different gift cards so I am forced to basically order something else from their website and then I will have to pay more shipping! What a joke. I called customer service and they said they always refund the first form of payment, well duh it is the gift card because the website MAKES you put in the gift card before you can enter the remaining balance on your credit. I will never order from here again and recommend nobody does!! I see a lot of bad reviews i wish i would have seen these first!

Ordered a clock on a Saturday. Web site stated would be mailed in 3 to 4 business days.  Later recieved an email that it would be almost 2 weeks before delivery. No way to expediate delivery. Customer service could not help at all ( or would not help ).  It has been 5 days now and it has not shipped.  Don't do business with them unless you have a month to wait and don't expect help from anyone.

I ordered a custom Patriots shirt for my wife, said in stock & could ship in 2-3 days, 30 minutes after placing order got confirmation saying would ship USPS priority mail (del time by USPS 2-3 days) & expect order 10-13 days after placing. On 10 th day, they said not shipped yet but they checked & I would have by 13th day, now on night of 12th day, they say, it is in stock, don't know why it is not shipped yet. Great customer service, plus they are charging me for shipping & now are running a special for free shipping, since I ordered, to rub salt in my wounds. All I ask for is some where near the truth, every time they tell you something, it is either a lie or they keep their employees in the dark. How hard is it to check where an oder is in process, instead of saying, it is in stock, we don't know why it isn't shipped yet. That is customer aervice?  On what planet, the prices are too high, @ least they could treat you right, instead of like sh-t.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN  - HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.  I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.  I have placed 3 orders, 2 returns, and made multiple phone calls asking to speak to "supervisors" to clear-up my matter, yet unwarranted charges remain on my account.  COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT SERVICE.

This website is a SCAM! I looked all over the internet for someone who had an Aaron Rodgers jersey for my son. I ordered one from NFL.com. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them and found out that they charged my Paypal and had the billing and shipping set up as someone I didn't even know. When I went to reorder, it was fortunate I looked at the order confirmation before hanging up--she ordered the wrong size (although she confirmed the item twice), billed my card and set it up to ship to someone I didn't even know. Of course the jersey I wanted was now out of stock. Horrible Horrible site! >:(

DO NOT buy from NFLSHOP.COM   I ordered using paypal, they billed my address, took money out of my account and override the ship to address to unknown party in CA.  someone has hacked there site and shiping information.   The money has come out of m account even after customer service cancelled the order and said it did not.  STAY AWAY FROM NFLSHOP.COM !!!

I placed an order with NFL Shop.  They sent my personal info and shopping order information to an unknown email address.  I had to inform NFL Shop two times to correct my email address before they took action.  Now, unfortunately, this unknown email address person has open an account at another site using my info and email address.  I have asked NFL Shop to assist with this problem.  Their first response was to tell me my email address is safe in their system.  I explained human error sent my info to the wrong address not the computer.  Their second response was to inform me my email address has already been corrected.  I had asked for their full cooperation.  What I got was their full indifference to the problem. Because of their lack of concern I fear I will be forced to hire an attorney to deal with them.  Identity Theft is expensive.  If you do shop with NFL do so over the phone.  Have them read back all information before agreeing to the purchase.  Otherwise your info could go to an unknown email address.  And NFL Shop is very, very slow at correcting the problem.

Wrong order shipped.  Contacted customer service and they agreed to refund shipping after a 10 minute conversation.  If I hadn't argued, they would not have refunded shipping charges from their mistake.  Terrible customer service.

I have had the worst experience ever with NFLShop.com they are not a good company purchase anything from.  I placed an order in early December and not only did I not receive the products before Christmas but I did not recieve the products at all.  After an email with no response, I had to call several times in order for them to request a refund for items that I never recieved, which they said would take 7 to 10 business days YEAH RIGHT! It took them 3 weeks to refund my credit card and I still did not recieve the full refund from them.  I called again today which makes now makes it 2 months later and they said they would have to make another request, because the original lady did not put the request in which is BULL.  They are not apologetic and they do not have answers.  DO NOT USE NFLSHOP.COM THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. I have called more than several times.

I advanced ordered a jersey for christmas, it came 2.5 weeks after the order was placed with the $28 expedited shipping, it was too small so they placed a new order for me, recieved that over a week later and it was the same size as the first jersey I ordered. I returned both, still have not recieved credit back, I have called over 20 times in the last 2 months and they do not have record of even half of those phone discussions, they promise certain percentages off and do not follow up on that, do not notify you when your order is backordered or when the new shipping date is, they charged my credit card the wrong amount and even the customer service supervisors talked over me, gave me an attitude and once 'accidentally' hung up on me. I have no idea when or if I will get my refund back or if my 'backordered' jersey will be canceled or when I will recieve my new order. They have THE WORST customer service representatives and policies I have ever experienced and I will never order from them again, I recommend you dont either.

Ordered 2 "In-stock" items on 1/27/10. An hour later these 2 itemsturned into "Backordered/Advanced Sale". When I requested, on 2/4/10, an estimate for when the items ordered would be leaving their warehouse (since the 3-5 full business days obviously wasn't going to be met) I was sent the automated e-mail spewing policy that an idiot could find in the FAQ's. I replied to that using the provided email link I actually got a human response from Customer Service Representative Kathy R. apologizing for the inconvenience but "Unfortunately, there is no way for us to give you an exact date...". On 2/9/10 I received the "Important Delay Notification", with the "At this time we do not have a ship date for the item."
I also used one of those "Come back and save 20% on your order".
Obviously NFLShop has no idea of what in-stock availability or ships from warehouse in 3-5 full business days means. Inventory accuracy is not part of their business model.
