This was the only American site I could find that sells the Muvman. The chair is awesome. I wish it came in more colors though.

I highly recommend ErgoDepot! Both before and after the sale, their staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. My situation was unique in that the chair I ordered ultimately wasn't a good fit to me, the cushion wasn't comfortable. However, they made the return easy and helped me to learn more about alternative products. When the time comes to buy a different chair, or any other ergonomic products, I definitely plan on coming back to ErgoDepot!

Everything was great except my chair arrived damaged. The box was crushed and it was pretty clear that FedEx was responsible for the damage during shipping. Ergo Depot really handled it great though. They sent out a replacement chair the next day and handled all of the paperwork with FedEx. I thought it was really cool of them to take the initiative and go ahead and send a replacement out before everything was settled with the damaged chair. Well done.

After shopping around, I chose to order from Ergo Depot. I got an excellent product at a good price from a company with great customer service. Can't ask for more than that! I found the web site to be very helpful, but I did place a call to ask a few more questions before placing my order. Wade answered all my questions on the phone and followed up with several helpful emails after my order was placed.

I received the table and put it together without any major problems. I was a little concerned about assembly, but it was not bad at all. The table works great and was a really good value for about $900. All around good purchase. Ergo Depot was great to work with (Luke and David were who I dealt with).

ergo depot is very easy to work with. we have ordered from them several times for our office. they are friendly, thorough and reliable.

Overall a good experience - but coordinating the freight company delivery was frustrating... had a better experience with YRC Freight than with SAIA (and YRC was on time; SAIA delivery kept changing throughout the day without notification - and a "Noon-2PM" delivery turned into a 7:15PM delivery).

Great, great buying experience. This is the only place I could find that actually keeps the chair I wanted (Gravity Balans) in stock. Everyone else had to order it. The chair shipped out the next day and I'm sitting in it right now! Very pleasant to deal with as well. Recommended without any hesitations.

I am altogether pleased with my shopping experience at Ergo Depot. All my concerns were dispatched courteously and promptly and the delivery was both as promised and kind. The desk was carried into my computer for me, a service far beyond my expectations, but I did appreciate it a lot since I'm quite a senior senior. and not good with heavy things anymore. The Ergo Depot web site made it easy to view all the options and to place the order. The chair was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, it had an unusual defect: the seat leaned to one side. A customer service representative responded promptly to emails about the problem and worked with the vendor to identify the cause of the problem and to provide a replacement seat assembly and instructions to remedy the problem.

The desk I bought is great. I had to assemble it myself, but it wasn't too bad. Standing more is making a big difference for me. This company was very easy to work with and friendly too.

I called customer service with a question about delivery, left a message and received a return call within an hour answering all my questions. They alerted me to the possibility that the freight delivery service might be unwilling to bring the box into the house, but they were very accomondating. My husband and the driver (UPS) got the box inside the front door without a problem. My husband put the desk together. The holes to attach the base to the top had not been drilled. We drew dots where the holes went and drilled them ourselves. I don't know if the desk should have arrived with the holes drilled. I would be interested to know if that was how all desks ship. I am very pleased with the desk. I love being able to adjust the height. I love the size (I got the 63 in wide model). It looks good in my study and makes my time working much more pleasant and productive. I purchased this desk because my back gives me trouble when I sit at the computer too long. This desk has completely solved that problem. I stand part of the time, I have a tall task chair to sit when I want, and generally I move more than I did with a tradition computer-desk setup. I am a happy customer!
