I was happy with the low prices and the fast free shipping but I was not at all impressed by the level of service. I ordered a kit that included 2 inner tie rods, 2 tie rod ends,  2 lower control arms, and two lower ball joints. I received my package as scheduled, but found that it was not all there. They gave me the two control arms, the two ball joints, and only one inner tie rod. After sending 4 emails and playing phone tag with them for a couple days, I finally got them to send me the inner tie rod and the two tie rod ends that I did not receive. When I looked at the parts, it was obvious the tie rod ends were not the same. One of them wasn't even the right one. I was fed up at that point, and tired of waiting, so I went to the local auto parts store and bought the two matching tie rod ends that I needed. Needless to say, I won't be buying from Car Steering EVER again.

needed a steering pump for my wife's mini cooper.  they had a brand new one.  supposedly the same one mini has at the factory.  I was reluctant at first, (first time buying auto parts online) but it was so much cheaper than the dealer, decided to take a shot.

happy to report, my mechanic confirmed, same 'OEM' part as dealer.  couldnt be happier
