Well, I bought some of Polo products weeks ago. Honestly, I feel like I'm sleeping on a very fine piece of art. The only problem might be it's too dull (if you know what I mean). Most of its color come in earth tone range which sometimes I feel like I need something "hot" for the time like friday night. My recommendation? I just found another brand pretty similar to this one but silently has more colors, it called PASAYA (a bit affordable). I'm not sure about where they sell but think you could think on the website.

Polo.com states that they endeavor to ship items within 48 hours of placing an order. However, when I checked after 48 hours (2 days), my order is still being processed. So I phoned customer service, which in fairness was very helpful, told me that they will cancel the previous order and place a new order. This time, I paid $25 extra for the overnight/express shipping. However, I have yet to hear and receive a confirmation for delivery. This is very unacceptable for a very reputable company. Their shipping policies are flawed. Not all people have the time in the world.

My order hadn't shipped yet and I wanted to cancel it (you can do this at other online stores), but they wouldn't let me! I wanted to cancel it because the day after I ordered, the clothes I bought on sale went even lower in price. It would have been worth cancelling and reordering. You cannot get a credit for the difference in price between a sale item and that same item at a lower sale price as you can for a regular priced item and its sale price (within 10 days of your order). I would not shop here again. I felt very manipulated.

DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!! Buying Polo and other Ralph Lauren products from Polo.com is a complete rip-off! They have excessive and exorbitant shipping charges as well as horribly unacceptable prices. You can find most of these items at a retail store such as Macy's or Bloomingdale's for lower prices. Once I found a Polo item that was in season for 65% off at Bloomingdale's and it was selling for full price online at polo.com. They, meaning Polo.com, don't even update the website with current items and sometimes try passing on off season items at a higher price than they should be. I would go elsewhere.

I ordered several sweaters, slacks, and tops for the holiday season. Everything arrived as promised! Moreover, the boxes are gorgeous! Everything was wrapped very nicely.

What I like about Polo: Excellent quality products, timely and accurate shipping, great prices (on sale items), and outstanding wrapping (I received many compliments on the gift boxes).

I would definitely shop there again.

I would appreciate very much if the on-line sale was opened also to us that live in Europe. Why don't give this possibility also overseas? There are many people that agree with this my opinion.

Very upsetting, you would think a store like this would ship overseas. But no, not to Europe! We live in Europe, and I'm a great fan of this brand, but not anymore.

If you can find what you want on Polo.com, definitely buy it! They have normal prices and deliver on time. The problem is that going to Polo.com is not like going to a Polo store. They have relatively tiny selection, but for basics such as polo shirts, this is definitely the place to go! The coolest part is the ability to custom design your polo shirts. The newer "custom fit" polo is a more sporty look, with narrower body, shorter arm sleeves, and a tighter, cooler, younger fit. You can custom design these shirts in any color with any color horse logo and have it shipped directly to your door! The website is a great place to go for an array of sizes which might not be in stock at the local stores. Definitely worth checking out! Also, the bedding or HOME collection is available online but not in many stores. Service online is very reliable!

i love this store! GREAT for gifts- wonderful customer service! this store has the best quality items i know and new stuff is on sale all the time. i don't know what these other people are talking about - this is the most excellent website all around i've found yet - and i shop online A LOT! they give you free gift wrapping - the navy boxes are stunning and they are always wrapped with a rl type ribbon. it's the best website to use if you want to send anyone a gift directly from the website. their customer service is exceptional- i was needing an extra gift box and e mailed them about it. they sent out 4 extra ones with an apology the next day!

Shopping at polo.com seems easy, the check-out was straight forward, but has a few problems.

1. Read the fine print, especially on shipping. They use Fedex Ground, which is worse than USPS.

2. Be sure to login as a member, otherwise you won't be able to track your order history.

3. Charges too much for shipping!

For such a reputable company, the internet version of Ralph Lauren is really behind in terms of usability and value. Experience at Bluefly.com and Armaniexchange.com were much better!

VERY POOR SERVICE. 12/1 placed order and received conformation same day. 12/10 sent email to check status, no reply. 12/14 sent email for status,12/16 received note to call customer service, since they refused to discuss on line. Called customer service, I was told the item was not in stock and had not been in stock for a long time. Polo was not going to notify me of a problem.
