Ordered a pair of earrings for my wife, as a Christmas present. Placed the order on 12/2/2010. Finally recieved an email on 12/8 that the order has shipped. Here is is, 12/21, and I still have not received the order. Called Customer (dis)Service, I was pretty much told what I already knew, that it shipped on 12/8, and would take "7 to 10 business days". They were absolutely no help beyond that. Why is it taking so long for this package to arrive from IL to NH? What kind of shipping are they using? I really hope this order shows up before Saturday...

Update: I finally did receive the earrings on Thursday 12/23. I gave them to my wife for Christmas, she immediately put them on. Within 2 hours, they started to TURN GREEN and her ears were stinging. Fortunately Bradford makes it easy to return something, there was a postage-paid label in the box for free return shipping. There were in the mail on Monday 12/27, I hope to get a refund eventually. Pure junk.

Won't make this mistake again. There are too many other reputable vendors out there to put up with this.

I never received the product. According to customer service it was apparently lost in the mail. Initially I was told the product could be resent with two day delivery and I wouldn't have to pay the extra charge. Then the representative said it would take several weeks to receive it and it would be faster to cancel the order and reorder. After what I was told initially this was unacceptable and I cancelled the order entirely. I also feel they need to provide a tracking number once the item is shipped to track the shipment's progress.

I bought a Disney Tote and the picture was very, very cute. The item is tan and brown with Disney all over it. No where in the discription or picture did you see that the back of the tote is all black. It looks like two different totes. Very cute on one side and very ugly on the other. No return label was in the box so I had to call to get one sent. This was not good shopping for me.

Ring was incorrect size - CS is going to send out a sizer so I can reorder. There was no way to track the order. I paid extra for faster delivery and it still took 5 days to receive order.

This was the only thing my 6 year old grandson asked for from Santa for Christmas and it was beautiful and he loved it. Unfortunately on Christmas day he accidentally dropped it on a ceramic floor and it burst into a million pieces. He was heartbroken. I have today ordered another one to replace it. Santa and his elves would surely replace it for him since it was totally an accident.

After receiving my purchase I was disappointed in the music of the box. It is suppose to be You are so beautiful to me but I can't hear that song at all. But the box is beautifully done and will be a keepsake for my granddaughter at her baptism.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick. However, I had selected the order to be sent to a different name than mine so the person the gift was for would be surprised. But the order came in my name, was opened and the receiver of the gift found out about it. So that was disappointing.

I was quite impressed in their ability to package and express ship the bracelet in time for Christmas. However, after receiving the bracelet and seeing it for real, I am somewhat disappointed, in that it is actually kind of cheap and gaudy looking, and I wonder if I got my money's worth. I was not impressed wiht how it fit and looked on her wrist.

When I ordered the jewelry part of my order, it stated if I ordered before dec. 17th, I would receive my order by xmas....I ordered the doll and jewelry on Dec. 13th. I have sent repeated emails about the jewelry but have not heard back from anyone regarding this. I know it needed to be engraved but it was stated when i purchased the necklace, that it would be received by xmas....I love the doll though, it came yesterday, 12/22/09 and it's beautiful...but I really needed the jewelry to come by xmas as well. I am extremely disappointed and I have ordered from you before and was happy. Heather Petrollese
