Do not even bother asking them for a quote for buying your discontinued pieces.  They will offer you about 30 cents for an item they sell for $15.99 and only a few dollars for a plate that sells for over $50 on their site.  They are a rip-off.

Reviews would be valuable IF verification were possible. Please read this one. It's true. Replacements.com sent us four plates and three bowls to up our number of settings back to the original 12 which was our hope not to buy new stoneware or china. Two of the plates were totally discolored and warped as were two of the bowls but not as much. Obviously they were rejects. The other two plates could have worked if we were to make excuses for them to company. Not acceptable. When we called Replacements.com they said the factory was the one who sent the pieces. Either way it is very bad business. They also did not provide return shipping so the deal is a ripoff. They will NOT get our business and definitely not a recommendation to anyone.

Placing an order - good luck! In the past I had purchased from Replacements, Ltd. and although high priced, at least the company provided quality service and merchandise. Now I placed an order 3 weeks ago, have not received the order, have attempted contact with customer service 3 times, only to be completely ignored. Consequently, I have no idea if my order will ever or not  be delivered. Replacements, Ltd., in my opinion at least, has just become a large organization, centered on money, and really could care less about customer service or the consumer. The company somehow has "cornered" the market so to speak on discontinued china, crystal and silver type products. The corporate attitude, based on my current experience, seems to be "we'll do what we want when we want" and in the event you (customer) do not like it - just tough

Ha ha....what a ripoff if you try to sell items to them. The money they offer doesn't even cover the cost of packaging the items not to mention the shipping costs.
I will never sell to them and after this experience I won't buy from them either. SELLERS BEWARE!

Be careful not to confuse the size column with a quantity. I ordered what I thought would be two sets of 6 used teaspoons for about $15 each, but only got 2 spoons, which apparently are size 6. When I called and complained, they promised to immediately send me a post-paid return label, so at least that went ok. Oneida was selling the same item new (but on backorder) for $10/set of 4, so I think my confusion was understandable.

Replacements Ltd has screwed me twice.  The first time they insisted on DHL and then shipped late.  The package got hung up over the Christmas holiday (I am lucky to have an understanding wife) in a warehouse.  By the time it got to me, most of the order had been stolen and I ended up with nothing to give my wife and no explanation or apology from Replacements.  This year (five years later) I tried again.   It took the a week to ship.  I signed up for what I thought was FedEX ground.  It turns out that this is some kind of FedEx/USPS service which takes a week instead of three days.  I would have gladly paid the extra shipping if I knew it might be necessary.  Instead, I again have little for my wife for Christmas thanks to Replacements.  NEVER AGAIN.

Great company! I was looking for dishes to cmplete my Noritake set, that my hubby got from his grandmother. Found all I needed! A bit pricey, but worth it. Got everything nicely packaged & in time. Very happy!
Only missing a coffee pot from the set, they did not have it in stock. Registered to be notified when it will be avalable for purchase. Definately will be coming back!

Ordered some plates to complete a set, but the quality of the stock received was very poor - two of the items would not even have sold in a seconds store, even though I ordered the top quality plates and not the used ones.  As I don't live in the USA it would be pointless trying to get my money back.  Would not recommend them to anybody.

After 10 years of marriage, I figured it was time to complete my china set!  I only needed 1 more place setting and 7 bowls.  The prices at Replacements Ltd. were by far the best.  I received my order in about 1 week, and was extremely pleased with the quality of the merchandise.  The packing is excellent and nothing was damaged.  
I did find the online ordering process a bit challenging, but not impossible to navigate.
I would definitely shop with Replacements Ltd again, and would recommend them to others

Needed to find and replace stainless silver spoons from a set.  Took a while but their photos of their patterns led me to the correct one and they had it in stock.  Ordering was easy and the pieces arrived promptly and in excellent condition.  This was the only site that helped me find which pattern was mine with their comprehensive collection.  Thanks so much

Replacements, Ltd. are a bunch of thieves.  I have a discontinued pattern of Wedgwood, and have purchased some pieces from Replacements at very high prices.  It is a beautiful bone china pattern from the 1970's and the pieces are very hard to find.  Recently, I had been thinking of selling the set and asked Replacements for a quote.  I paid Replacements over ninety dollars for the coffee pot with lid in my pattern a couple of years ago... and they had the nerve to offer me EIGHT DOLLARS for it!  Their offer on the rest of the pieces was equally insulting... $3 for a cup and saucer (?!?!) when they sell them for many, many times that amount?
I will never have anything further to do with them.

Replacements.com offers excellent products and services.  I both bought china and sold china back to them.  They promptly processed my order for china, and sent me payment for items I sold to them. Their staff were courteous and efficient on the phone.  Their website and staffers made it very clear how to buy products or to ship items to them.  You can register a stoneware, china, crystal or silver pattern and receive periodic E-mails about the availability of items.  I'll use them again.  So, if you miss a complete set of your pattern -- don't despair, try Replacements.com

We wanted to replace a chipped bowl from a discontinued series and were first glad to find this company online. To be prep'd for future accidents, we ordered 3 replacements. The bowls seemed a bit high in price, but if you don't get the dishes anywhere else, what can you do?
The order arrived in due time, very well wrapped, but the product was not at all satisfying. The bowls all had red marks in the glaze and also were a lot thicker and uneven, definitely a sign of second grade dishes (if not worse).
When contacting the customer care representatives by email, they were very short and not helpful at all. Since we are located in Canada, we also got a nice bill for duty and taxes next to the juicy shipping charges that were already added to the cost of the order by replacements.com. As per the representative, we could have returned the order at our cost, but then we would have spent about $50.00 and would have ended up with nothing in our hands. So we kept the dishes with grinding teeth.
ONE THING IS FOR SURE --- WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I slipped and dropped a nice correlle casserole that I'd owned and enjoyed for several decades. I wanted to replace it and I easily found it and a complimenting au gratin platter to go with it at a reasonable cost.
I had corrected my tragedy with gravity in less than 30 days.

They charged twice for the order placed on the internet!!! Actually, they cloned the original order two days after the first one (HOW?) and charged my credit card again. Good thing I called to check on my order and canceled the bogus order in time. I hope to see the refund soon, too.

I ordered a gift for my friend in November and received it a WEEK after Christmas. After I had received it, I found it on other sites 10 dollars less than Replacements! When I called in, trying to find the gift for weeks, the customer service reps (more than one at different times) made me seem like I was wasting their time, but I wanted to give the item as a Christmas gift! They kept telling me ways to try and find it instead of helping me. Awful

Some items that were seemingly available at the time I placed my order were subsequently unavailable. Also, some of the crystal that I ordered that was supposed to be in perfect condition, has a milky film on it, that I still have been unable to remove.

Replacements, Ltd. is great. I have been looking for the cups and saucers for my Mother's 1950's Noritake china pattern for years and they never gave up! Plus, they found a pattern very similar to my Mother's pattern and made those pieces available as well. I will continue to use Replacements, Ltd. for all my china needs.

The selection of product and variety of special pieces of interest are quite vast. They are extremely complete with their followthrough of shipping and any necessary communication with me. The shipping times are either on time or ahead of schedule, consistantly. I wouldn't shop anywhere else, ever!!
