Very professional. I was contacted the day of my purchase because the merchanct did not have the product in stock. Stated that it would be in very soon. He offered to give me a free upgrade. The product I ordered arrived 3 days later.

Excellent product recommendations, The Clif Design car speakers I purchased are exceptional in quality and sound reproduction. Delivery was received as promised and right on time. Very satisified customer.

The first two items were opened, scratched and damaged. They claimed it was damaged in shipping, but the box still looked sealed. The return was smooth enough, I just had to hassle them on the phone to get it done. On the second round, one of the grills was damaged slightly. Rather than bother returning it, I just fixed it myself. They were the cheapest place to buy the grills, but when you consider the price of shipping since I had to pay it twice, they weren't the cheapest at all.

They had exactly the item I needed at a good price which I received within one week of my email order. If I have a similiar need in the future I'll be checking their website again.

Sonic Electronix has an excellent selection, and their presentation on their webpage is better than 95% of the other merchants out there. And they ship faster than expected. But they're difficult to get a hold of. I tried calling them several times, well within their hours of business, only to get transfered to a voice mail box that was full or just a busy signal.

Good selection to choose from but missing part for product I ordered. Missing allen screw for wire connection to voice coil.

This was a very smooth, easy transaction with no complications.

Getting a response to a pre-sale inquiry took several days, and the response didn't answer all of my questions. When the product arrived, the cabling I had asked about in the pre-sale inquiry was missing, contrary to the seller's assurances that it would be included. I sent an inquiry about this, and it remains unanswered to this day.

Product was the cheapest on-line, that is the reason I chose Sonic Electronix. Everything went smooth.

They put half my order on back order and never told me, so it was my suprise when I got the package and half was missing. The repeadedly told me the item would be in in "one week" but it wasn't three weeks later. I canceled the order and went to another retailer. I was lied to, but my product was fine.
