We had an excellent experience with Christophers.com.  Our item was shipped very quickly, and even though it turn out not to be the right size they totally worked with us on an exchange on a custom made product.  Excellent customer service, best we have received in a long time.  That is hard to find anymore.  Item was also of great quality.  Excellent experience and would recommend them 100%!  Great company!

Ordered a couple bar stools as a Christmas present.  Initially I was sent the wrong product which concerned me that i would not be able to get the correct product shipped in time for Christmas.  I called immediately and the customer service department was very helpful.  They had the correct item shipped out the same day within a couple hours of my initial call, and they called me back to tell me that it was shipped and would be in time for Christmas and to give me detailed instructions on how to return the mistake.  The correct product was delivered the next day.  I have not had that high quality of service from an internet company for as long as I can remember.  It is great to see a company that puts customer satisfaction as the number 1 priority.  I will order from them again and will recommend them to everyone.

We ordered a shuffleboard table for a family Christmas gift.  We checked all over on line, and their prices were the best.  Significantly lower than their competition.  I called Christopher's for some very basic questions, and they were very helpful and friendly.  We ordered the table, and it shipped nearly immediately.  They were great coordinating with the freight company for my home delivery.  We assembled the table and love it!  Great job Christopher's!  We'll definitely be return shoppers!

I had a small problem which involved a return.  This company knocked themselves out to make sure I was happy. The communication from Christophers and their satisfy the customer policies could be the GOLD Standard for internet or brick and mortar companies. I would buy from Christophers again in a heartbeat. 

Christopher's customer serivce goes further than any other online purchase I've made.  They contact you directly (by telephone) with shipping information and when things don't go according to plan they will go the extra mile to make things correct with their customers.  They are truely concerned about their customer's satisfaction.  Which is very rare these days.

The expereince at Christopher's demonstrated how service at an intenet company can actually exceed local companies. I was able to get a live person to discuss my order.  The company took care to make sure that my delivery arrived before Christmas despite the rush. They used a superior delivery company to move an exceedingly heavy item. And when the item did not funciton properly, they facilitated delivery of a new part within a week.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  I will be shopping there again.

good communication via email and phone; call before delivery was longer than most and detailed about what to expect when the freight truck shows up; resolved issue without a problem when part needed replacement; I buy a lot of things on-line, and this was one of the more smooth transactions; trustworthy; we bought a 12' shuffleboard - get neighbors to help move it around, as it's HEAVY and the final assembly was minimal, less than I expected

I have not received this type of customer service in a long, long time.  I received a popcorn cart that was damaged. Christopher's Games had UPS pick up the damaged cart and I received a new cart within days.  The second cart had some minor paint issues that were covered up by the popper.  I was not planning to send it back but I contacted Christopher's so that they would know. Christopher's had a third cart sent within days. They also discussed the quality issues with the manufacturer and had the quality manager check the cart before it was shipped.

All along, Christopher's was very apologetic and concerned about my satisfaction.  I recommend them highly.

I called this company about a $700.00 NCAA reclining chair and asked many questions. All questions were answered in an honest and professional manner. I placed the order was very happy that it was delivered earlier than expected. A few days later I received a customer service call asking if the chair had been delivered and if I was satisfied with the item and with the way my order was handled. I told him that I was very happy with the way I was treated by the company and that the chair was just as advertised; a very high quality piece of furniture. Great product and the excellent customer service. This is a great company.

I could not be happier with my experience. The item I ordered weighed 50 lbs yet was shipped free of charge. I ordered on Thursday night and 9:15 am Monday morning it was delivered. The owner also called to let me know the item had shipped - a very nice touch.
