They don't live up to their promise of overnight delivery.
I paid $29.99  for overnight delivery when I placed my order on 6/27I didn't receive my product until 7/2
I called them and asked them to refund my money and they refused.
I will never ever buy from them again.

I was very pleased with the selection. I was looking for yogurt drops for my dogs. I have five beagles, three of whom are special needs and require daily meds.

Well I can't let the healthy ones feel left out!!!! So when my epileptics get their meds the other two get a yum yum!!!

Pet Mountain had a great selection of the yogurt drops, I got original, peanut butter flavor, and banana. And I admit, I had to try them. They are yummy!!!!!

Sugar is the first ingredient, so I wouldn't give your dog alot of them, but one in the morning, and one in the evening hasn't affected their waistlines!!!!!

All I need to say is they have the WORST customer service I have ever seen.  Wanted to add to an order I already placed and instead of notifying me I couldn't add anything they cancel the order.  When I asked the rep why they couldn't have notified about thwit policy he stated "we takehindered of orders and don't have the time to notify you".  Iasked then why did I get emails.  If you can find another place.  Make them improve their service.  Pet mountain in my opinion you SUCK. 

I needed a new mat for in my German Shepherds crate. Since they get nasty after a while and if I wash them the hair destroys my washer I just buy a new one every so often when i feel he needs one. I was mainly looking for teh cheapest I could find and came acrood petmountain.com. Ordering online was very easy, I ended up getting some dog treats and toys to get free shipping at $75. The items arrived a few days lter very well packed. I will ldefinatly be orderign from them again when I need pet supplies in teh future.

Purchased a titanium aquarium heater.  After 3 months the heater no longer worked.  Contacted pet mountain and they said that I needed to resolve the matter with the manufacturer.  They gave 3 numbers, 2 were invalid and the third never replied.  Contacted Pet Mountain and asked them to contact the manufacturer and they would not assist in ANY way. 
The manufacturer is commodity axis, I will no longer purchase any of their products or ANY products from Pet Mountain.

The inventory of merchandise is amazing. I received everything I ordered as expected. I am quite satisfied with my purchase and will shop there again in the future. Oh, our terrier mix is quite happy, too!

The price is excellent for this product. I have been ordering from PetMountain for over a year. Although the free shipping has gone up, the price is worth it and our GSD loves those treats. I had received a coupon late last year and had to call in about it because the shipping had gone up this year. The persons I spoke to honored my coupon. I will always return to PetMountain for my parakeet supplies. I strayed to another vendor once and received the wrong product and still ended up paying for their mistake. It was a $70 lesson. They refused to take ownership of the error and I ended up paying shipping to and back for the item. I have always received excellent service from you and will continue to be a loyal customer!
