I love their items and prices, but their great customer service and "fast delivery" they boast about, I have yet to see. I once ordered a Christmas tree from them -- I kept tracking it through their website-- I saw that it got stuck in Texas and wasn't moving-- I finally called them and they expected me to track it down to get it to my house-- I was so mad that I told them to cancel my order and refund my money-- after "griping", the tree "magically" appeared on my door step the next morning. Just recently ordered more from them-- came in 2 shipments which I wasn't thrilled about-- the first shipment took a week to get in-- I still haven't received the 2nd shipment-- according to the tracking it will be 16 days total since order date before I receive it-- ridiculous! And I complained to them online (e-mail) and they pretty much just blew me off-- going to try to find another store like them to shop from!

I recently ordered 3 items and all said to be in stock and when my order was processed and shipped I found one of the items was out of stock. I was a bit disappointed but the day I ordered was also the day it shipped so I was very impressed with that

I love to shop at Terry's Village! If it wasn't for them, My house would have never, ever have the lodge theme decor I love. I doubt I'd ever have been able to afford much, until I received Terry's first catalog in the mail. My orders always come right on time, packaged very well.
I Have a lot of faith in terry's Village. Their items are always top quality and really cute.

I'm one who loves to change things often which can get costly. But with the variety of items and reasonable prices at Terry's Village, I can change as often as I like and not spend a fortune. I have always received my orders promptly and in good condition.

I have placed several orders, especially from the Deep Discount section on-line, without any problems. The quality has always been worth the price and I have received the orders on time and packed very well. Every time I get an order from Terry's Village, it's like having a birthday party !

I MISSED THE FUNERAL OF A RELATIVE WE WERE FOND OF, SO FLOWERS WERE NOT REALLY THE THING TO DO. I HAD SEEN BEFORE A SMALL STONE GUARDIAN ANGEL STATUE AND IT WAS JUST RIGHT TO SEND TO THE FAMILY.

Really enjoyed the magazines that accompamied the gifts.

Great. Product came sooner than I expected.

I found the website easy to use and received my merchandise quickly. The only complaint I have is excessive packaging - it came boxed in 3 successively smaller boxes, each with cushioning. Wasteful.

I love the prices and the quality of the merchandise.

The wreaths looked just like the picture. They were well packed and received in a little over a week I'm pleased with my purchase and would order again.

It was a good experience. The item came in great condition. Very fast delivery. The only phone call I made was fast and curtious.

This company has very cute stuff for reasonable prices. This year, I was able to order Christmas gifts for everyone on my list from this company. I only spent $60 and I got free shipping. The order came correctly and there was only 1 thing I wanted that was out of stock, but I was put on a waiting list for it and it came when they restocked. I was very satisfied with the merchandise to think most of it was about $5.95 a piece. I will order from them again.

I was very pleased. It only took four days to arrive with express shipping, which was great since it was a Christmas gift I waited a little too long to order. The order tracking service was great too.

Found what I was looking for and was pleased with the product. The mail tracking was poor, stated when the product was picked up but no other information was availble afterwards. The item was a gift and the recipient knew that it was received befor I had a chance to do any thing.
