The products are very good and I was pleased with the delivery. I had problems navigating the site.

While my granddaughter's kitchen was delivered in pretty good time, once the box was opened, one of the instruction pages was missing. Needless to say, that was a bit disappointing. I emailed the company and received the rest of the directions. Overall, I would purchase additional items from this company.

I found this item almost $20 less expensive some place else after I had ordered it from Heirloom, with no shipping costs. In addition, I expected the toy chest to be all wooden but parts were fiber board. It should have said so in the description of the item. If it were not so attractive, I might have sent it back and had the chest made and hand painted by an artist.

The items I purchased are all for holiday gifts. They have arrived in a timely manner, but have not been unpacked or set up. I do not anticipate any problems.

Lower prices and larger selection than most others, and everything shipped in a timely and hassle-free fashion. Unfortunately, one of my two Guidecraft Cito wooden trucks arrived in imperfect condition (wheel fell off), but I was able to correct it, myself (with some effort) --and Guidecraft offered to replace the truck, if necessary. Heirloom's site is pretty good, but it would benefit greatly by allowing shoppers to shope by AGE categories, as several others do.

This store has AMAZING customer service. As a frequent online shopper, this is a relatively new experience for me. The person I spoke to was so patient and able to really help with my purchase. I am inclined to shop from them, just to know that it will be a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this retailer.

good customer service, except unable to get tracking number for the kitchen, because it came from a different location, and they explained they had problems getting tracking numbers for them.

The merchant did not have a check box to indicate that this was a gift so that no invoice would be sent with the shipment. None was sent, but I was not made aware of this at the time of my order.

I was planning on contacting Heirloom wooden toys regarding the purchase I made. Just wondering if the large green wire is suppose to be so loose and wiggly. The others aren't like that. Other than that my grandson loves the table and I think that it something that he will use for many years. Thank you.

Great product, 2 small problems: 1. big hole/dent in packaging... item was not damaged, but could have been! 2. no instructions were included in the package. There was a note to check the manufacturer's website, but the instructions for this particular product were not there. Fortunately it was pretty easy and we figured it out, but it would have been nice to know we were doing it properly!

The Survey method of Heirloom is the only part I think is not as good as it could be. I really have nothing to say except that I received good service in my order. The price was a little high but the service was good.

Great shopping experience. The finish of the product is not terrific, but still good, and the assembly was straight forward (included the tools needed).

I was shopping for a step stool for our 20 month old granddaughter who was coming to visit for Christmas. After looking at Baby Bjorn products, I found the Heirloom Wooden Toys site, and the selection was amazing -- everything I wanted: two sturdy steps, and lift up top to store treasures. Best of all, among the many scenes to choose from, there was one with a barn and animals -- just perfect for her first visit to Grandma and Grandpa's farm! It was really easy to assemble -- even for Grandma, who hates to read instructions...

We had a good experience and would use this retailer again. Thank you for making quality American made products for kids. Also, we loved that the item was pre-assembled. Made it a lot easier to give as a gift that way.

False advertising??? Maybe not, but tricky/sneaky? Yes. The website promotes "Made in the USA", but a large part of their inventory is made in China. Now, more specifically, the manufacturers product that they carry is made in China. However, they make it nearly impossible to figure this stuff out, all while promoting "MADE IN THE USA" all over the place. Let the buyer beware, I guess I wasn't aware enough. Shame on me, but I will never recommend this site or the company to any friends, relatives or parents in the future.

Additionally, they only shipped a partial order. Customer service was good enough in response, but would not expedite shipping to make it in time for the holidays. Their error, and yet unwilling to make ammends. I am sure they are busy and all, but it just seems cheap for them to ship regular when the mistake was made on their end.

No gift message options also a bummer. Maybe I expect too much from distributors, but hey I guess thats another shame on me.

The toy appears to be in a very sturdy condition. This is a x-mas gift so it has not ben opened yet. But it looks to be in very good condition. I received it in a very timely manner, it was shipped when they said it would be shipped out. I would deff. shop there again.

Service was great; however, the wrong legs for the table were sent. The person I dealt with over the phone at Heirloom (Garrett) was nice, and I got a quick e-mail from the company apologizing for the mistake and letting me know the right legs were being sent to me. I hope they are being sent quickly rather than 5-day ground.
