I ordered sneakers based upon what was available according to the website. Despite it saying it was available in my size, I received an e mail a few days later saying it was not. I then said I wanted to cancel the other item (a sweatshirt) and they said I couldn't. Overall, very disappointing.

I knew what I was looking for, I googled it, Joe's had the best price, I ordered it, and received it. Everything was fine. ...that's the way it's supposed to work!

The system originally made a mistake, by listing shoes in my size that they didn't have. I was surprised when I didn't get an email confirmation order for a couple of days, so I called customer service to find out what had happened. The lady explained to me the problem and helped me to find a solution. It wasn't the same color that I wanted, but it was the right model. she was very nice and attentive.

I was looking for a specific product number and no local stores carried them any more. This online store had them and they were available in my size and colors. I'm delighted I didn't have to search further.

Was drawn to the site by a sale for another shoe that was advertised. Found the shoe I bought was also on sale unadvertised and was happy to purchase it instead. The shoes arrived in a timely fashion and fit perfectly.

In one word excellent !! I couldn't afford to buy shoes at the regular price, when I went on this website I was excited to see that I got the same shoes for $20.00 cheaper, that is excellent in my book. I will definately shop here again.

Ordered shoes for my son and 12 hrs later he ordered the same thing for himself. We sent two emails to company asking to have second order cancelled. Was not cancelled, 2 pairs arrived at our house but it took one pair (the first one ordered) 3 extra days to arrive.

My husband ordered clothing and shoes for me for Christmas from Joe's New Balance Outlet. The clothing ran big and the shoes ran small.  I kept some of it, but returned some, all in the same box.  They claimed they did not recieve the shoes, the most expensive item in the box, but gave me credit for the smaller items. Beware- I feel they are completely dishonest. There is absolutely no way they could have received some, but not all of the items.  They are unethical and I would not recommend them to anyone.  If you try on the product in a store first and want a deal, that is the only way I would purchase from them.

Good selection. Some popular products were not available in all sizes, No free shipping. The website is easy to use and product description as found on the manufactures website. Prices are generally excellent but not all colors may be available at the bargain prices. Highly recommended for those who exercise a lot and replace running shoes frequently. Clothing merchandise of limited selection and pricey. But then it's a shoe outlet. Overall four and a half stars.
