I bought 4 bar stools on a 2 for the price of one deal. I received only 2 bar stools and have not been able to contact them since to arrange for the other stools to be delivered.

I still have not yet received the baker's rack. I have tried to contact them via email but have not heard from them. I would just like to know when it will be shipped. I hope it comes soon. It wa very easy to order on line from their web site.

Haven't actually opened the box as yet. We're waiting for another article to arrive, so we can place the bakers rack in the same area. Overall, this experience was pretty good.

I HAD NO TROUBLE ORDERING FROM THE WEBSITE. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY EASY TO FOLLOW. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER AND I AM PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT.

my only problem was one piece was broken....I simply called the # included with my purchase and have already received a replacement part free of charge.

I have not received merchandise and have not received any notice from Furniture Gallery. They do not have a contract phone number or address listed. You can only e-mail them and hope for a response. Since I no longer want to do business with them I have not contacted them further.

There was no customer service phone number to reach anyone. I have had e-mail contact, which has been a very slow response time. There have been a couple of delays not known why, but I am still waiting to receive this item.

The first time ever purchased over the internet but saw same type and style in store but the store discontinued it. Searched for the apothocary style via internet. There was only one drawer side incorrect but will live with it. Thanks again. Mrs. Gwen L. Kerr

I tried to contact them from the label and the # on the web with the labels # being a wrong # an the number from the web no response. I called because I only received half my order. I had to call my Credit card company and they did give me the right # that was a hassle. I did however receive the rest of my order two weeks later the the first order. I will have to think about using them again.

The shelf was damaged and a screw was missing. I have not yet received replacement parts for this product.

Web site should have provided in stock availability of items at time of order. Could have avoided much frustration and e-mail correspondence.

I had to order the item twice before I even got a confirmation number.. I had to call the company to figure out what was going on with my order they said that they were in the process of completing my order and would email me a confirmation. I never received that confirmation. Then, after another phone call, I was told to email the webmaster and they would find out the status of my order. I still do not know what is happening and am very frustrated. Being a novice at this, I am not sure I will ever shop online again.

The bakers rack was perfect. Customer service was unavailable. The only way I found to contact Furniture Gallery was to wait for the receipt to be mailed to me, then use their address on the envelope to write to them. By the time I got their address, I received the product. But the price was right and the quality was very good.

There was a scratch/dent on one of the shelves of the baker's rack but other than that all was fine.

Furniture gallery needs to give customers the option of providing their e-mail address. This would allow Furniture Gallery to confirm the order and notify the customer of the shipment status.

I ordered an item, which still appears on their website. However, about a week later, I was told that the item did not pass inspection, and would not be delivered. After several emails, I was then told that the vendor is no longer selling this item to individuals, only to retail outlets. But the item still appears on their website. So my opinion of this merchant is "uncertain".

orderd online,emiled them a week later to see if they knew when the items might be shipped. Did not get any type of response from them so I cancelled the order.

Need to make consumers aware of when delivery date will be. No notice was given when I was to receive bakers rack. I had to call customer service, write e-mails to get some type of feedback about my product. I was told I would be emailed when the product is to be shipped and I never got that email. Need to have more numbers/methods for customer service. The number there always go to another office that cannot help. Much improvement is neede

I liked shoppig on the site, I just had a little problem with knowing weather my order was processed or not. Usually there is a page that shows a reciept of you order that you can copy, but this sight didn't have one.

Left over 4 phone messages and over 4 emails regarding shipment of product never returned. Ended up canceling the order, very dissatisfied. Also the credit card was billed before the product was ever shipped. Will not use Furniture Gallery again.

When I ordered it, I was promised delivery in late December. Now, they are saying late Jan or early Feb. Also, there is no way to track orders other than e-mailing them.
