I ordered the Diamond Pendent Heart Necklace which looked AMAZING on their website, but don't be fooled... The items isnt nearly as big as it looked nor does the DIAMONDS "BLING" as showned.  When my item arrived I could hardly read the engraved heart... I actually had to angle the pendent towards the light to read the engraving and damn near strain my eyes being that the lettering was so small.  I actually feel EMBARRASSED to give this to someone I love as a gift because of how small and cheap it looks....  Actually for the PRICE I PAID ($286.00 includes shipping) I could of picked some nice earings from my neighborhood jewlery store and had them engrave something nice on the inside for less...

Please be advised...The Pendent alone was $178.00 and it isnt even gold (Actual Pendent Is Smaller Then My Pinky Nail) then expect to get Slaughted when you get the item engraved.

I had a wrose experience ever with Thingsremembered.com. I received a damaged item on May 2012. One of the representatives told me to not worry about it and they will issue a full refund. However, i was waiting and waiting till a month later, still didn't see the refund. I called again on July,19th. Another representative told me that there was no documentation saying that i called and reported the item, so, she told me to wait between 5-7 business days, and i should see the refund back to my account. As of today, i checked and i still didn't get the money back. So, i called again. The representative Senzon told me that i did not call and refund was never issued. Even the supervisor, Kellie Maurer can do nothing about it. I will never ever purchase item again from Thingsremembered.com.

I ordered four silver oval compacts as presents to my friends in Europe who I am going to visit in a few days. I received them in good condition, lovely wrapped; the engraving is exactly what I expected, with two words this is a beautiful memorable gift.
When I looked closely, I noticed one of the compacts did not close. It was very disappointing as a fact, but I decided to contact Things Remembered Customer service for some suggestion how to replace the defective compact, having less than a week before my trip to Europe.
Customer service did awesome job – responded promptly, engraved and sent the new compact out to me. Today, just 3 business days after my first email, I received the new one. Tomorrow I am going to send back to them the defective one, and the day after tomorrow I am flying to meet my friends. The things worked out great; I could not be happier as well as very thankful to Customer service folks.

I bought 3 photo throws for my daughter and her two best friends for graduation. The reason I chose Things Remembered to buy them from was because it said they would be delivered by graduation. I paid an extra $60.00 to have them there on time. I called the day before to check on delivery status and was told that they wouldn't arrive til a week later. Not impressed!! Requested my money refunded for shipping and it was. Got the throws a week after graduation, and they were beautiful. Then, got billed twice for each throw for personalization. I had to call again and request my money back. Grrr! Never using Things Remembered on-line store again!!!

Last thing you want to do after someone gives you a heart felt gift is tell them it broke two weeks later. Unfortunately I had to do this two weeks after I received the gift from things remembered.  Customer service was a copy and paste email not specifically addressed to me which tells me this happens often and they are required to send those emails out frequently.  Was in a wedding party also where we got a gift from the bride and groom from things remembered.  It too didnt last long but there is no way I have the heart to tell the bride and groom.

Dont buy 14K Gold Over Sterling 18" Custom Necklaces with Keepake Box.

My shopping experience at Things Remembered was very good. I had no problems with shipping either. Everything was timely and satisfactory.

However in less than 2 months, the gold faded from this necklace. It is not a cheap item by any means as you pay for each charm and personalization. I gave it as a gift to my mother and am now very disappointed that it has faded in such a short time. It is not worth the money you spend.

I received a gift of an engraved Siena Swivel necklace from our daughter for Mother's Day, 2010. After a month or two I noticed that it was tarnished.  I called Customer Service & it was suggested that I use a jewelry cloth.  It worked somewhat, but I can't get close enough around the detail to remove all of the tarnish.  I wrote an e-mail & was told I could use silver cleaning solution & if that didn't work, I could exchange the necklace. It didn't work. EXCHANGE IT FOR WHAT?  This necklace has sentimental value & I really can't replace it.  I took the necklace to the closest TR store 30 miles away, to be told that "it's costume jewelry, not meant to last".  The clerk was adamant that she could not help me.  We've been told to see the manager, which I will do next week.  It seems that they're doing everything to avoid responsibility in this matter.  No satisfaction as yet.

I ordered an engraved pocket watch as a wedding gift for my soon to be husband. It was just as nice as I thought it would be, in fact it was beautiful. I received it within a week. The engraving was beautiful and accurate. I was very happy with this purchase.

Horrible experience with Things Remembered- I elected for in store pick-up, and it looked fine until I realized that the engraving was on the wrong side of the locket. I took it back and explained the problem, and showed them that it was clearly specified on the receipt which side to put it on. They took it back and told me to wait for them to fix it. Four hours later, they gave me the same locket back- they buffed out the incorrect engravings and did them over. However, when I got it back the locket no longer closed correctly and was all scratched up from being buffed. To top it off, the engraving wasn't centered. I gave it back and asked for a refund.
