I ordered parts for two different mandolines, and they called me right away to check that I hadn't made a mistake on my order. The parts are incompatible (blade for one won't fit in the other) and they wanted to be sure I knew that. I thought that this was very considerate and pro-active. And my order arrived within three days! I'm very happy with this company, and I will buy from them again.

Very pleased with the ordering process and the UPS delivery speed since the purchasw was made over the Christmas weekend and I received the item (in Canada) by December 31.
The price including UPS delivery (and US $ exchange) was still less that I would have paid for it in Goderich but would have had to wait 2 - 3 weeks to get it!
