They have a wide selection and promptly processed my order. I have used Lamps Plus before and will do so again. They are an excellent resource for your lighting needs. But be prepared for an extensive search process. The right lamp may take time to find in light of their extensive selection.

This lamp is for my 92 year old mother. She has had a touch lamp by her bed for decades. She loves the look and working of the lamp. The only thing that was a problem is that the bulb was broken when the lamp arrived. My brother was there to put the lamp together and he went out and bought another bulb.

Have ordered twice from Lamps Plus. NEVER again. They can take your order but can not deliver it in a reasonable time or even as the have promised. Nov 30 placed our last order and still have not received on Jan28. Was told it has been processed but will not ship for 4 more days and then expect 10days after. Are you serious??? Over 10weeks for a lamp!!

The worst customer no-service of all! I purchased 2 wall mounted lamps for my bedroom after consulting with their "lighting consultant". I was told it was a linen shade. It was a paper shade, although not cheap. When I called to complain, I was told the shade was 'linen paper'. I sent the lamps back, per their instruction. They say my return never received. No effort to help or find a compromise. Just "sorry, It's lost. We have no proof that you returned anything". What a SCAM!!!

I bought a lamp online from Lamps Plus in May 2012. They billed my credit card and delivered the lamp. No problem until they sent me a second identical lamp a few months later and billed my card again. They admit they messed up by shipping 2 lamps but deny billing me twice and have repeatedly refused to provide a refund for the double charge even after I showed them my credit card statements with the 2 identical charges and returned the second lamp as they requested. Total scam! Awful customer service! Update: 24 hrs after posting this review, Lamps Plus contacted me and advised that it would be refunding the amount for the second lamp. Thanks to the perseverance of Bob at Lamps Plus, we were able to solve the mystery of why 2 lamps were shipped and why I was billed twice. Thanks Bob. Much appreciated. Unfortunately, after spending over 1 month trying to resolve this issue, I'm not sure I will be able to bring myself to do business with the company again. I love my lamp but I'm not so sure it was worth all the trouble and aggravation. :(

STAY AWAY!!!
We bought a ceiling fan with a light kit. It was sent with a defective part. We called and they sent a new part 2 weeks later. The new part did not work. We called again and this time we were required to take pictures of the defective part and send them so they could be sure we were not making this up. They said they would send a new part. No new part after 2 weeks. We called AGAIN and they said they lost the paperwork. They sent the new part 2 weeks later. After 2.5 months of working with them to get the right part, we finally got it. The fan is working.
TODAY I get an email saying they will charge me for all the defective parts if I do not send them back. Seriously?
I am scrambling to get all the defective parts and send them back so I con't get charged and hopefully this nightmare will end.
NEVER did they apologize or offer any discount or help or anything. Horrible nightmare for a stu[id fan

I did not expect the mirror to have a hanging bracket on the back. I bought it for a frame. I have not decided what to do with the mirror. I do not remember the description saying that there would be brackets on the back.

Luckily the two lamps were in okay condition. The packaging was very poor. There was way too much empty space in the large box and that caused the box to arrive smashed and torn. I was surprised that the two lamp boxes were okay and worked properly.

I bought a tiffany style desk lamp on-line. It arrived in a timely manner, but the "saddle" supporting the lamp shade was very loose and the shade wobbled. I called Lampsplus.com and got an RA number.
I returned the lamp the local brick and mortar store (the item was a special order not available in the store). While there, the store manager attempted to replace the saddle with a better fitting one without sucess. My money was refunded without a problem.
Later that day I got an e-mail from the manager saying that they had fixed the problem and that I could re-purchase the lamp at a $50 discount if I wanted to.
I returned to the store a couple of days later and the lamp had been fixed to my satisfaction and I purchased the lamp again with the offered discount.
I'm a happy customer.

Floor lamp toppled over on its own. Its base was weighted by plaster/concrete which dried out, crumbled and no longer supported its stand. $179 for a self-destructing lamp !!!! Emails to customer service went unanswered. SCAMMERS.

I have piurchased lamps and fans from lamps plus. I have never received a broken product and always receive my items either on time or before I expect them. I met a sales person in the San Diego store so he is my consultant. Immediate response to phone calls and emails. Thanks Nathan!!

This was so easy! The web page is perfect and showed the exact lamp I ordered. When I recieved the lamp, it was packaged beautifully making sure that the lamp arrived in prestine condition. When I opened the lamp, it was just like on the web page and in excellent condition. I will buy all my lamps from Lamps Plus.

Delivery took about 7 days from the initial order. The order was accurate but each of the 3 ceiling lights I ordered had defect. One had a black gash/crack in the actual glass, the 2nd had been built defectively, and the third had been built asymetrical. I contacted Lamps Plus customer service that stated that they were sorry, and would replace the lights and the process would take a maximum of 7 days. So, I took the lights back down, boxed them all back up and shipped them back (Lamps Plus provided the return shipping labels). However, it's now been 13 days since I shipped the product back to them and I have been told today that it will be at least another few days before the lights will arrive. This process has been an incredible hassle and I will never purchase from this company again. The least they could do in this circumstance is speed up the shipping process to rectify their own errors.

I think it took 2 days to process order.. In my opinion, all orders for instock merchandise shoule ship same day. It is not making money on your shelf. Takes one effort to get caught up then all instock goes same day.

Did not recieve what was shown on web site. The Lamp color was wrong and the size of the table was incorrect. Lamps Plus sent me a return paid receipt to send the purchases back. I then recieved a credit to my credit card.

The online help is excellent - we have purchased from this store before and would not hesitate to do so in the future. Each product we have ordered has shown up on time and the quality of each item has lived up to its online description.

hi...We still dont have all the parts yet but Customer service told us today that we will receive a new pump soon.
We received the fountain in a box that was all taped up.(I took pictures incase you would like to see). It seemed that the fountain was either a return or damaged at FedEx. Thats why we think that the top part, the tubing and the 'valve' for the pump were either broken or cracked.
However, your Customer Service Associates are wonderful and very friendly and helpfull.
Wish you had more (other) products besides lamps because I defenetly would buy from you again.
Old "Good Customer Service" still goes a long way.
