Do not order anything from this company. Ordered a vanity and mirror and it arrived damaged. 1 month later they shipped replacement items (I still held the original) despite about 20 phone calls and emails chasing it. The replacement items arrived damaged. I've tried for 2 weeks to get them to pick everything up, supposedly scheduled for pick up today. I was told an AM appointment then it moved to 6pm and I just called the shipper and they told me the company cancelled the pick up.

Two months ago ordered a stove and hood combo.  The hood came with an obvious hole cut into the side of the box and further exam showed hardware items were missing.  At first, I was promised items would be replaced.  Had quick email responses to my requests for ETA on missing parts, that was until three weeks ago.  Now I get no responses to my EMails and sit here unable to install my hood.  It's one thing to not provide the product as ordered, it's another to just ignore a customer.

Their customer service is AWESOME!!!!

I ordered a vintage pedestal sink and when they were delivered, the pedestal came broken, but the top sink was fine. I filled out their claims form (they email you clear instructions on what to do if your items are delivered broken), following the instructions and the next day an email from their customer service was waiting for me, apologizing and telling me they are sending a new pedestal. I called them to ask them to tell the manufacturer to put more padding when they send the pedestal. The pedestal came FexEx in three days with lots of padding :). Not only did they have the exact sink I wanted but they were the lowest in price. And their customer service was great.

Lost money, paid $59 for the item to return it back paid $56, no assistance from the Customer Service whatsoever. I will never shop with them again.

Very unhappy with this service. Took over 10 days to arrive. I refused item and was charged $34 for return, then they took a $60 restocking fee out. Very incompetent customer service department. Horrible experience, I will never buy online again except for a few reputable companies. What a hassle and a scam.

I ordered the wrong size faucet and didn't open it and mailed it back as it was sent.  They refuse to give my money back stating it was scratched and I can donate it to them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!  THEY LIE, CHEAT and STEAL from the customer.

Horrible experience. Received a defective tub, and Vintage claimed they would replace it, but we would have to pay for shipping. Later Ilearned they had already shipped a replacement (at their cost), but sent it to the wrong state! Again, they said I would have to pay to have it shipped to my house. I tried to get them to see the fault in their logic - they said they wouldn't ship it, but already had  & to the wrong location - so they then agreed to ship it to my house. When it arrived, it was the wrong tub! Now they want to blame the plumber who installed the tub as having screwed up the order!! We are in our third month now trying to get them to do the right thing and replace their defective merchandise. Absolute poster child for how not to conduct customer service.

I ordered a copper sink in April 2010, Strom Faucet, Belle Forret shower fixture, pill box antique reproduction toilet and lighting.
All came on time and only 1 item was damaged. The pill box toilet had a crack, I called, they sent another, and I returned the broken one.
You want to make sure you give time (2-3 weeks) for all to come in. If you are in a rush, deal locally and pay extra for local service. If you have the time and want these products, this is a great company to work with. Quality is A+ of everything ordered.

Ordered a bathroom sink faucet for shipment to Canada. Faucet arrived about 2.5 weeks later with no problems. Would definitely order from Vintage again.

I purchased a vanity and countertop from Vintage Tub and Bath. The sales person convinced me to purchase one of their faucets. Ended up spending $911. It would not fit the sink I bought with it. I contacted them and they said to send it back. I did and bought the faucet from Home Depot and installed it in 30 minutes. Vintage Tub and Bath is now disputing my credit card company and will not refund the price of the faucet - $139.
Stay away from this company and go to Loews or Home Depot.

The shopping experience was great. Vintage Tub & Bath have a wonderful selection of products. I received my new Farmhouse sink in a few days after ordering & it looks great. We are still under construction so it hasn't been installed yet. The only suggestion I have for the website is more pictures other than the white sinks listed. Thanks!!

this turntable was a gift for my 83 yr old friend. She has dozens of opera LP's she hasn't been able to listen to for 20 yrs. She called the minute it arrived and said how wonderful it is. I was concerned about the quality of the small built in speakers but she said they are wonderful. It is a portable "record player" and easy for her to handle although she'll never move it from where it is now. Thanks.

some components were received dented from transport. I contacted the manufacturer who asked my to take pictures of the damaged items and send to him. Also contacted the shipper who asked me to repack the items in original transit box for pick-up the following day. Was advised that a replacement order is on the way.

Stay away from Vintage Tub and Bath.  They do not care if you get your order or not when they promise.  My order was supposed to ship within 2 days, it did not.  They charged my credit card, but failed to mention the item I ordered was not even in stock. I have made several calls trying to find out when it would ship.  I'm now at 17 days and am being told it's not in stock and is actually on backorder until the middle of next month, which puts me at approx. 35 days until they even have it to ship out. They also had the wrong information about my previous calls in their computer.  I have now cancelled my order and will be surprised if they credit my account back in a timely manner.  I'm confused about why they would not even send out an email alerting the customer of the status of an order. They leave you hanging with no information, come on, tell the truth and let the customer decide to wait it out or move on. Extremely Disappointed!

Ordered a $700 sink that arrived damage and they refused to replace it even though Vintage Tub and Bath (after receiving the pictures) admitted that it arrived damaged.  Vintage Tub and Bath gave us the run around blaming the shipping company who blamed Vintage Tub and Bath and back and forth.  After over 3 months of this they called and said they refused our claim and would not replace the sink that they admitted arrived damaged.  Do not do business with this company.

After a slight hiccup VTB responded professionally and overnighted a new product to me as soon as they realized there was a problem.  A good product, reasonable service, kind of expensive seeming.
