For the price of the magazine racks I thought they would have been a bit more sturdy; they seem cheap, having said that, I am using them.

My recent purchase was my first with Mayfair and I am very pleased. A couple of days after I purchased the lamps I saw that the price decreased. I sent an email asking what their policy was on price adjustments. My question was not answered in the reply BUT the email stated that they would credit my charge acct. for the difference. I was happy to receive a reply but I was surprised with the quick credit.

Easy order on line with no problem using my store credit. The box arrived and is very sturdy. We are happy!

The item showed a brighter color on line as it must have had a spot light on it to enhance the color in the picture. There are finger prints on the product which show in direct light that I am unable to remove on the surface. My husband plans to take car polishing compound to the item to work on them

Ordered two picture frames and one came with a broken glass. I took a picture and sent to them and Wayfair quickly gave me a 50% discount (picture frames came in a pair). Great place to shop online.

The top part of the decorative box I ordered was not shipped. Only the bottom half. While the customer service was polite and offered to ship a new top to me I haven't received the top part yet and so the box is essentially useless. Not happy. Should have been done right the first time.

wayfair has almost anything your looking for and also have the best customer service you will ever deal with !

The chair was to be delivered on June 10, 2013 and did not come. The order tracking only showed the order being initiated on May 31, 2013. So I called FedEx, the delivery service, and they said they had no other info. Then I called Wayfair and was told it was held up in shipping to California and should be delivered in a few weeks. It would have been nice to have been notified of this delay.

wonderful product, price and service

There was a small dent in the top of my screen frame upon arrival but it was going to be hidden so it wasn't a big deal. I wish it was easier to hang something that long level...like a built in level or something but overall it was easy and we love it. The screen works great and has smooth up and down movement and a great picture. We use it for the Wii and watching movies. Perfect for a great price!

SENT WRONG ITEM. ITEM WAS FOR HUMAN USE. WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE IN MANUFACTURING THAT IT WAS SAME AS DOG CREAM I WAS TAKEN ABACK , SINCE IT CLEARLY STATES FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY . IF INGESTED SEEK PROFESSIONAL HEALTH FROM A POISON CONTROL CENTER. MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD TELL THE EXPERT AT MANUFACTURING THAT DOGS LICK THERE PAWS AND THIS WAS WHY THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED IN THE FIRST PLACE
