BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT BUYING FROM BEST BUY! Bought my daughter a iRiver from Best Buy, and two days later the lense broke. Took it back to my local store, only to find that the clerk said stuff like that's not covered. Asked, nicely, to talk with the Manager, who said: "You want me to take back a broken iRiver!?" He was unimpressed that it wasn't dropped, etc. Called Best Buy's corporate office, and they backed the store... they don't take back players with broken lenses. Said we'd have to contact iRiver, but they had no idea how to do it, and were damned if they'd help out with that. In this day and age, it's a very unwise retailer that doesn't back what it sells, and it's an unwise customer that buys from such places. If I'd bought it from any other place, such as COSTCO, my daughter would have had a replacement the same day. A big middle finger to Best Buy!!
I would not shop here again
