The absolute worst customer service, ever! After not receiving the product that I ordered--- drugstore.com refuses to refund my money for the package they sent to my previous address! I contacted every office listed on their website and not even one of those offices got back to me! I had to file a complaint with my credit card company and now they are investigating the incident! Do yourself a favor--shop anywhere else but drugstore.com!!

Placed an order on Sunday, and it was on my doorstep the NEXT DAY (Monday) before 6pm... I don't even know how that's possible! I did not use expedited shipping, just regular shipping, which was free, by the way. And Drugstore.com is one of the few places that carries the vitamins I need... will definitely be using them again!

I've shopped at Drugstore.com many times in the past and have found that they have a great selection of items, not to mention very comparable prices.
I recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and Drugstore.com has provided many things for my son and with the use of Shoprunner.com's 2 day shipping service, I've received my items quickly.
The other day, I received a package of baby bottle liners that was missing it's protective wrapping. I called CS immediately and they credited me for the oversight. Although this should never have happened (I ordered two boxes and one was wrapped and one was not; you'd think the packer would've noticed something was amiss??), their response and completely apologetic attitude was very much appreciated.
I definitely recommend Drugstore.com!

Avoid this store! Throughout my first shopping trip at Drugstore.com, 20% discount was promised for first time shopper. Each price showed marked down by 20%. Totals showed as marked down by 20%. Charges shown as $99.36 suddenly became $124.24 after checkout. Contacted store and store never bothered to respond. Understand that problems can occur or systems can have "bugs". Ignoring a customer concern is a much larger concern. I wll never shop or browse there again, and I hope you don't get mislead like I was.

I received a promotional bonus for drugstore.com as part of MyPoints - $25 restaurant gift card with drugstore.com order. I placed a qualifying order - never received my gift card. Wrote MyPoints - they said it was drugstore.com's promotion to contact them. Contacted them, they agree my order was qualifying and I should have received the gift card - they didn't know why I didn't (I monitor my spam inbox). After several emails back and forth, drugstore.com just dropped the whole thing and I never got my Gift Card. I sent them a letter declaring I would not do business with them anymore. I returned some merchandise (with receipt) and they gave me a store CREDIT! Which of course, I will never use as I don't intend to shop with them anymore and I wrote them asking for the refund to be applied against my credit card instead. They ignored my request.

After reading the reviews on ordering from this website i was a little hisitant to try it, but i ended up buying a straighting iron for almost $200 and it is great! yes, it did take a little while for it to arrive, but it was the absolute cheapest anywhere and it arrived in perfect condition. I have yet to actually call and try and get some customer service so i can't comment on that part.

I ordered an eyeshadow that arrived smashed up. When I contacted customer service, I received a very polite and apologetic response, along with an assurance that the damaged item would be replaced. Two days later I received a brand new eyeshadow. I am very pleased with drugstore.com and their service. I recommend their site to anyone looking for drugstore necessities.

Drugstore.com takes several days to process orders & they send their shipments using USPS Mail Innovations which is like sending it via turtle. I placed my order two weeks ago & it is still "in transit." I won't order from them again. The savings I received aren't worth waiting & waiting for my products.

Drugstore. com sucks and I don't say that lightly. I am not oneto focus on a negative customer experience because none of us are perfect and we all make mistakes. However, this company is awful. Everything that could go wrong with my orders did go wrong and their customer service was the worst. In trying to get an order corrected I dealt with one of the rudest and most passive aggressive people I have ever incountered. There prices are high, their deals are misleading, their service is horrible and so there is really no reason I would ever use them again.

I too had a problem with drugstore.com 2/24/11. They pills that I received were not the same as what my doctor ordered. I had side effects with the pills I ordered from drugstore.com. Supposedly, the same manufacturer makes it but I never received side effects when I order the pills from my neighborhood drugstore. Their definitely is something fishy going on at drugstore.com Pharmacy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE! They have terrible customer service and did nothing to rectify the situation but run their mouths!

I've shopped here before a few times and had no problems. The last time however I was disappointed. I made an order for a toe brace and realized I had not specified which foot. From shopping around other sites for this particular brace I knew, in hindsight, I should have been asked which foot it was for. I do take the responsibility that I made the mistake there. When I called to ask them about it they said that it didnt matter which foot but that isnt true. It wasnt 10 minutes after I made the order I tried to cancel it but they refused saying the order had already been processed. Sometimes the lowest price(usually for only a few dollars less at that)is not always the best deal.

Drugstore is the terrible on line store.
I placed an order a week ago by applying my in-store dollars. Then I got email confirmation. Yesterday when I checked my order on line, I suddenly found my order was cancelled WITHOUT any notice. The bad thing is in-store dollars would expire very soon. If I did not check it and know my order was cancelled, I would lose my dollars without any notice.
I sent email to custom support to ask for where my order was. People there ignored my question, just told me the in-store dollars did not apply to my previous order. They pretended they did not know they cancelled my order. Is that ridiculous? Is that the normal way to deal with customers? That is it! It is really terrible experience to shop in this store.
I will NEVER trust this company and will NEVER EVER shop anything there!!!
