Havent rec'd the DELL PC yet, one attempt was made via UPS. DID receive the SMART PC Software Suite, VERY quickly. A bonus from DELL via QVC.

Excellent service, great return policy. Photos on the internet & on TV show great close ups enabling customers to show details of each product.

These questions do not represent my shopping experience. Some things are fine. Others are not. More and more I am sending orders back because of poor quality and poor workmanship. I know, for certain, that the fabric is inferior as is the dye. Such a shame! Since I order clothes, mostly, I see poor color, poor stitching, sizes that are not correct and on and on. I am picky, I admit. However, I no longer recommend QVC and will not. I have the feeling that the company execs never have any contact with the customers. For certain, a customer cannot get to the power behind the telephone operators.

In general, shopping with QVC is a great experience! However I recently made some 12-14 purchases of which I have received purchases made the latest but NOT the items ordered first. It has been a week and usually items are received within that time frame. Did email QVC but as yet have not received a reply.

Happy with QVC, happy with merchandise, happy with Customer Service, happy with delivery. Shipping costs are a little high though.

I have shopped for at least 15 years at QVC. They are without doubt the most responsive corportaion in the industry. High quality at prices that are reasonable. The mailing costs are too high though. marjorie carnevale

I'm a big fan of QVC. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of their products is wonderful. If there is a problem and the manufacturer doesn't satisfactorily handle the matter, QVC will replace the item.

It's very easy to shop there. I' ve ordered by phone and spoken with a customer service rep. They've always been helpful and courteous.I've ordered by phone using automated ordering-easy.I've ordered online - very easy.

I always have a VERY good experience when shopping with QVC. The automated telephone service calls are always easy to follow. The live telephone operators are always very friendly and efficient. I have returned packages and have had prompt refunds on my credit card without any incident whatsoever. I have exchanged things without any problem or complication. My packages almost always arrive in a week or less in excellent condition. I highly reccommend QVC to others for a superior shopping opportunity.
