Vitacost is amoung a relatively small group of e-tailers that I know that I can consistently go to for good service and good value.  Shipments are delivered accurately and well packaged.  Any small issues are always taken care of in a more than satisfactory way.  If you care about your health or the health of family members (including pets), take advantage of the many fine products available at Vitacost.  There are often many reviews on products to help you make decisions about what may be useful for you.

The website itself is easy to navigate and packed full of useful information that helps guide you to possibly making changes in your life that could be beneficial to your health and well being.

I know of no one who, when they have asked me where I may gotten a certain product (especially for the price), has not checked out Vitacost, created an account for themselves and thanked me later.

The ordering was easy, however, they stated free shipping with orders over $25 but still charged $4.99 when it went to checkout.

It's very handy to have a good place to get vitamins with great prices that is shipped directly to your home. We really like everything we have ordered from Vitacost.

The website is fine.  However, Vitacost sends promo codes to use within a certain time frame.  It is very frustating to be placing an order 5 min. before the deadline on a promo code expires and to have the website reject that code earlier than stated in the promo!

There is an incredible variety of merchandise available, most of which is reasonably priced.  I buy Dr. Bronner's soaps, many organic teas, and a wide variety of health supplements.  Food is also available such as our favorite organic Dijon mustard.

The shipping service is fairly quick and I have found customer service personnel to be attentive.  We once received exra merchandise which we had not ordered in the shipment that we received.  I was willing to send it back, however, customer service told us to keep it.  Most of the extra unordered merchandise was usable in our family.

Love that they have vegan items. I can order all my vitamins, beauty products and food all on line. I love that they ship right to my door. Free delivery when you spend $49.Ships fast, usally get package with in just a few days! Always get what I ordered. I recomend Vitacost to all my friends.

I truly enjoy shopping at Vitacost, online. I used to say I would never, ever shop online because of the dangers and such. Vitacost makes it a huge pleasure to find the items that I would normally buy at stores I sometimes shop at, easily here online in one store outlet at much better prices. Usually only takes a few days before they arrive, always in good shape, and if there is a problem the customer service reps are very helpful and go out of their way to put things right. Quick turnaround, easy to shop and read reviews, and great customer service. Pricing is also very good.  This particular promotion is great with free shipping for vitacost products. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Awesome.

Worthy selection, pricing and shipping policy. Yet ... clicked where appropriate because password bounced, up comes a captcha code easily read, enter it, but it, too, bounces. Try again on second captcha code, check beforehand with audio just to be 100% certain, but it bounces again.

So, I try to do the order sans using our account. However, it indicates our address is invalid but allows it to be forced through (this address has been here for 300 years and is routinely recognized online). Enter card info, and once again up comes the indication that the address is supposedly invalid. Again, force it through.

In all, a string of annoyances that aren't deal killers and not likely to impact many customers. That said, their ordering software needs work.

Good products at fair prices. A dependable source for vitamins, etc. I've been using Vitacost on and off for years with never a problem, not even once. I am currently using their multi-vitamin "Synergy Once Daily" which seems to get pretty decent reviews, especially that the content can be trusted.

I ordered $80 of dog joint medication. It was advertised to arrive within four weeks and no duties (or brokerage fees). Shipped by DHL and then handed off to Canada Post. It took 2.5 weeks to come to southern BC from Nevada and there were no fees on top of the $8 shipping charge. So overall Vitacost is "as advertised" and I'm satisified with the service and will order from them again.

Phone wait times are TERRIBLE. I waited 73 minutes before a customer service rep came on the phone only to give me a "no" we are not authorized to do that. I understand 15 minute wait times but well over an hour is rediculous; especially since I was trying to place a $300 order. Vitacost has gone down hill in the past several years with customer service, longer delivery times and poor packing. I spend $100's every month.
