Got 2 pairs of glasses for my little girl and love the price and love her glasses. Great job!!!!!

The hardest part is determining the PD. I thought I had the correct number but was wrong. The glasses arrived with a PD tool, but no instructions on how to use it...I may have to write back to determine how to use the tool.

This seller provides excellent service and reasonable quality for a bargain price. I have minor concerns with the way the information is presented on the website (would prefer to be able to set all options at one time instead of waiting for the first choice to set before I can make my next selection; and would prefer that size information was on the "browse" portion of the web page - I find frames that I like the style of, but I have to "open" the view to find out if they are sized right for my face.) Generally very good service.

Ordered 4 pairs of glasses from zenni, 2 were bent when I got them. It was an easy fix though. But for the money I saved on them I really don't mind. I'm very happy wih this order.

Zinni Optical is a very low priced way to get good glasses. however the website is not well designed, and not easy to navigate. On the other hand, your survey company, shopping.com isn't very well put together either. Just saying...

I love the value I get from glasses using this website. I wish the website were slightly more interactive and easier to shop for frames, however.

Product was all that I expected and delivered early! Unfortunately even with the try-on program my glasses are too big - also the colour of the frames was different from the photo. But for the cost of the exercise it was worth it - I should have been more careful with the measurements.

Zenni Optical was great! I bought two pairs of glasses and I love them both. They fit really well and look good. I have a really strong prescription so Zenni Optical contacted me when I ordered my glasses and helped me decide which glasses would work best. We emailed back and forth a few times and every time I had a question they resolved it quickly. Will definatly order from them again in the future.

Excellent service and product. Will continue to shop at Zenni and recommend them to everyone. Would prefer UPS shipping & tracking. Couldn't really track my item with USPS, it only tells you when it leaves and after it arrives that it has arrived, I think...I'm not really sure because it confuses me. UPS is way better. You can track the progress and it tells you the exact day it will arrive. That would be THE only thing I would change.

I made a mistake on the prescription for the reading glasses. Zenni caught the error and emailed me to confirm the correction. I am very impressed with how they handled this.
