I was looking for girly dinosaur things for my new great niece, and they are very hard to find!! I typed in a search, and it took me straight to Zazzle! This is my second experience shopping at Zazzle, and I'm very happy with the selection of items, the prices and the shipping costs. Great site!

First of all, Zazzle does not have a 1-800 number, so everything has to be through email. You have to wait 48-72hours for someone to respond which is a pain. I contacted Zazzle through their email BEFORE I purchased the invitation, and the customer support told me I could return them if I didn't like them because Zazzle does not allow ordering of samples. Once I received the invitation,I really did not like them. I had a few emails back and forth with customer service, and instead of refunding my $20 to keep a customer happy, they refused and only offered a credit. I'm incredibly dissatisfied and will never order from Zazzle again. I've expressed my dissatisfaction with my wedding planner and my friends that are engaged.

Zazzle has been a saving grace for my wedding shower, save the dates and invitation inserts! I have been able to pick one of the thousands of themes that are on the site and stick with it for everything I need to send out. It has been awesome!!! I wouldn't go through anyone else!!! Thank you!

the feedback from the design review department was lacking in method - email ONLY, AND did NOT communicate CLEARLY what the design issue was! This caused MANY DAYS delay for no reason! It took NUMEROUS phone calls to speak with people who had NO IDEA what the issue was, bcuz the dept who knew had NO PHONE ACCESS! REALLY!? [the issue was the wording i wanted on the stamp]. I had to ASK for expedited shipping to make up for time wasted. It was delivered SOAKING WET! document by post office. fortunately after drying them (MORE TIME WASTED) they were usable. SAD experience. i am NOT in a hurry to do biz w zazzle anytime soon...

The buttons I ordered as a party favor for a Summer Bar Crawl came out better than i could have expected! I'm very pleased with the amount I paid and i'm very pleased the shipment time. I actually can't wait to have an event where i need to make more buttons!

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with ZAZZLE!
The orders have always come at least 2 days befor their estimated delivery dates & they have made ZERO errors on their orders & I get the impression that if they had they would gladly rectufy the situation hassle free.
I also like the HUGE selection of items that they offer & how you can customize just about anything you want & even create your own designs!

I was frustrated when I realized that I had not lined up my text properly on the back cover of my binder, and had to cancel order and place new order rather than editing existing order. Also, the shipping took SOOOO long. I work for Personal Creations and RedEnvelope's corporate headquarters, and shipments are delivered within 5 business days, even when personalized. Please look into a faster turnaround - I have been REAAAAALLY looking forward to my order, and love it!

Site not user friendly. Discount touted by vendor not usable at time of purchase. Cust. Service dept. rude and unhelpful. Return policy vague and not as easy as they say. All together unpleasant experience. Will NOT shop thru them again. Epic Fail Zazzle!!

I ordered a 36" x 24" poster print of a sketch I made for my newborn's nursery. Zazzle charged me $30 for the poster print, then:
1) Sent a 14" x 9.5" instead.
2) Failed to properly protect the poster, so it was crumpled upon delivery.
3) The quality of the print was poor - looking more like a stretched out 3" x 5" photograph than the 600 dpi, 1.01 GB file I submitted.
4) The poster didn't arrive until 30 days after my order. If I had not called and asked the status after 3 weeks, I suspect it may not have been printed at all.
Overall, extremely disappointed. I will not be doing business with Zazzle again.

Delivery took 20 days - much longer than expected, and because I like in Canada (albeit a major Canadian city), there was no tracking option.
The shirt's description indicated that a medium would fit my small 22 lb dog, but after reading customer feedback, I ordered a large, and even that was too small! Definitely size up (I would have ordered an extra large if I had known). Aside from the lag in delivery time and size error, the shirt was a hit, and very cute. Definitely served its purpose.

I would absolutely beware the generic, happy reviews placed for Zazzle. My experience has shown they are far from reliable or professional. After watching my order be delayed and promised a shipping upgrade they instead decided to not bother and cancel my order with no notification. Customer support refused to provide a reason for the cancelation while trying to placate me with a coupon.
I absolutely recommend trying any of their competitors.

I ordered a 20 oz. mug from Zazzle. I had never heard of this company before and decided to give them a try. I'm so very glad that I did!! The mug is wonderful--very pretty, with Valentine Hearts all over it. It doesn't look cheap or anything. I'm very impressed with the quality of the artwork on the mug. My experience with Zazzle was great. Ordering was a breeze and there was no need to contact Customer Service--everything was very easy to take care of online.

The website is great. It offers many different options for attorney business cards. The site makes it all but idiot proof to customize the many templates available on their website. I have had many business cards in the past and the one that I ordered is by far the best. The quality, price and quick delivery of the product are great. I will defenitely use the site to order more business cards. I will also more than likely order some of the other great products that they offer.

Zazzle is so cool, has all types of items, tee shirts are accurate in size and are nice and thick, mugs are perfect and appear to hold up well in the dishwasher. My magnet is unlike what I can find any where else. Mailing is very fast and items are in excellent condition.

Ease of ordering was perfect. Selection was great. I had no problem understanding how to use my coupons and the terms of everything was clear. Email receipt areived quickly as did the poster. Packaging was sturdy and well assembled. Fantastic experience!

Advertized free shipping, would not accept it at thge checkout, sent and email to be told it only allpied to US shipping but no where was this clearly indicated, was advised I should have used the canadian site which no where did the US site indicate there even was a canadian site, will never shop Zazzle again.

My shopping experience at Zazzle was the best one I have had so far. I had a problem with my account and sent an email to the customer's service at 1:00 am on friday, expecting I would only receive an answer on monday. But they replied at the same exact moment, resolving the problem and making sure everything went well. I received one package on the date it was supposed to arrive, and the ohter package even earlier than it was expected!! They were very well packed and in great great great conditions. Way better than i thought. Zazzle became my favorite online store, because of the variety of produts and the great service and customers care. I am obviously going to shop there again and again and again!!
