The live customer service wasn't available until after the Xmas holidays and email response took 48-72 hours to get a reply that then only referred me to their trouble shooting sites. These I had already consulted and found confusing. I gave up until post Xmas. Then live help was only somewhat helpful, tho polite. Zazzle software program is limiting in what a customer can do.

I purchased the groupon deal for zazzle for Christmas cards. There was a lot of confusion on details of the use of the groupon and the redemption code would not work. In the end, I was able to receive the cards I wanted.

My experience with Zazzle was great. I received my order pretty quickly-in less than two weeks. When Zazzle informed me that they were really excited about making and sending my poster, I couldn't wait to receive it. I was really excited to receive the poster. I love it! I am greatly satisfied with this very accurate order. The poster I received was really awesome. The overall quality was really great. The printing turned out beautifully-the poster paper is much glossier and a little heavier weight than previous ones I had ordered. I would most definitely, absolutely buy more of Zazzle's awesome posters in the futuer, as my budget allows.

Zazzle is wonderful! I was able to create my own Save the Date postcards using an existing template, making them much cheaper than typical. Plus, the final product was glossy and looked very professional.

I found out about Zazzle from a link from a storyteller friend.Things come quickly and I have been so pleased with the storyteller hat. Have loved wearing it at storytelling conventions and workshops. I came up with a matching storyteller printed hoodie .The hoodie washes well and the print stays bright. The dinosaur postcards,stamps and luggage tags I bought for my grandchildren are adorable and make a great package.. All super quality.When the cards came I realized they'd be great valentines cards because of the hearts the TRex is holding.The luggage tag with the dinosaur is rugged and adorable. The "there can never be too many trains" Tshirt was a huge hit with my four year old grandson who is a train fanatic.May have to get a second for when the first is in the wash since he'd wear it every day if his mom would let him!!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Zazzle that has great customer service and quick turnaround of orders. I have ordered business cards, bags and other promotional items with my company logo and everything came out great. I had an issue with one of my items and it was addressed right away and resolved.

Have ordered from Zazzle 3 times... one personalized mug and two personalized phone covers.  All arrived promptly and exactly as I had expected. 
Workmanship is great and choices are more than I have ever found at any other source for what I was looking for.

Great Experience.  I used a Groupon to order 110 cards.  Mistakenly our order only processed for 1 card.  The card was beautiful -- Crisp, vibrant colors and great paper quality, but we were short 109 cards.  After calling and emailing Zazzle -- Ben in Customer Service came to our rescue.  Our Groupon was honored and the balance of our order was shipped overnight with the fee being waived.  Ben went to great lengths on the phone and by email to make sure we had our order in plenty of time.  He couldn't have been more helpful.  We made sure to tell everyone our Zazzle story!  Its not just any company or employee that would go to such great lengths to help a customer, especially during the busy holiday season.  Its the special ones.  Thank you Zazzle and thank you Ben!

I think that Zazzle runs a pretty sloppy shop.  They have VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL if they have ANY AT ALL! I have received way too many orders that were a mess, and I don't mean minor issues, we are talking about major issues.

The ordering and design were easy. The website is very user friendly. The cards look exactly as they do on the screen. Very bright colors, good quality, beautiful cards. The printing took longer than I had anticipated and shipping tookmuch longer. I found the box delivered on my front porch one morning - I believe they had been out there all night. The box was plainly marked in large red letters, FRAGILE. However, the box had a big gash/hole in the side. Fortunately, the cards weren't affected. I would definitely order from them again, but would allow plenty of time to process, print, and ship my order.

As alway's shopping at Zazzle is a pleasent experience.  Their shipping especially during the holiday's is pretty good, the order is alway's accurate and the print quality is spot on.  Considering this type of print business, ie taking a customer's monitor settings of color etc and creating a product with all  the many variables and doing it with such professional quality and print screen look is amazing to say the least.

The product was fabulous. Shipping was the problem and I don't believe it was Zazzle's fault. They were shipped on Dec. 4 and I received them on Dec. 20th. Mail to my town is usually delayed and it was Christmas time, so it is explainable.

I was a little disappointed in the colors if two of the mugs, especially since I had called and had an associate look at the designs before I submitted the order. The name on one mug was also so small and similar to the color of the mug that it was hard to see.

I think that my use of a Living Social deal made it so they tried to cheat me into paying more shipping. Free shipping was 4-7 days but for the 2-3 day shipping, it was $32, and I only ordered 75 cards, I feel like they were trying to recoup some of the price of the cards through shipping, because 75 cards should not be $32 to ship!

I have used Zazzle a number of times for business cards and other branded materials. I've been satisfied with all but one purchase. That purchase was a design someone else created and posted that was outside the print margins. I contacted customer support, and they gave me a credit and excellent service. That is why I've ordered new cards from them, and will contine to do so.

The website was hard to navigate. When I did find the holiday cards I was not happy with the selection. When I did find a card I liked I was not able to edit the photos I wanted to use. I tried various cards and was not able to move the photo with in the card. I called customer service and an answering service said they had too many calls and that they could not take my call and to email them. I finally found a card I was ok with and the photos did end up working, but it was extremely frustrating and I was very upset with their customer service. I then had a groupon to use at check out and it didn't work like it was supposed to. Overall, I was extremely unhappy with my experience.

The biggest problem I had was being unable to crop/fit the photos in the spaces. I chose a pic for the spot, and the site filled it in. I was unable to move it around, zoom, or anything like that. Like at Shutterfly, I choose the pic for the spot, then I can move it within the frame to crop the best way. Here it was however the site chose to fit it was what I got. Which resulted in me having to use pics I didn't want just because they fit the spot.

I ordered 7 shirts, 6 were perfect and everyone loved them, one had some paint on the front (paint dust where it should not have been), I was going to return it but the person was just going to use as PJs so we just kept it and are hoping the dust spots come off in the wash, maybe with a bit of scrubbing. For the most part I was very pleased with the product and have told all my friends about the website.

I purchased a custom coffee mug through Zazzle. I uploaded my own design. The process was reasonably simple. The mug featured text on a dark background. It would have been helpful to have had advice on size of text; the image printed smaller than I expected, and the text would have been easier to read if made boldface. But overall, I was pleased with the process and the final product. Delivery was efficient, given the busy holiday season (ordered Dec. 4, received slightly over a week later without paying rush charges for shipping). The mug was well packaged and arrived undamaged. I will keep Zazzle in mind for future gift items.

Terrible....Ordered phone cases Decenber 16th Paypal paid on December 16th. It is Decemebr 24th and Zazzle says it's still processing. They only have one employee? Come on man still processing??? Why did I have to pay so soon? What kind of business is this?
