 Order 129165541, I ordered Roxy boardshorts in BIG GIRLS SIZE MEDIUM (8/10). What I received was the "little girls" size medium (size 4)  instead of the "big girls" size medium.
I called yesterday as soon as I received them and spoke with Shaea…she was very nice, did an exchange for me and said she even put a note in there for the manager to check the next shipment to make sure they put the correct size.
Today, I receive replacement order 129244041 - and they sent me the wrong size AGAIN! They sent the exact same pair in the exact same little girls size medium
The fulfillment sheets inside the BOTH of the boxes clearly show the wrong item. It clearly shows "Girls size 2-6X"…yet they still they got both orders wrong!!
I guess no one there checks the actual orders against what is placed in the box?
Yhis is my last purchase from Zappos.

Online shopping does have pros and cons itself. I normally prefer to shop for clothes at the store so that I can try them on. But with my long hours of work, I cant shop as often I'd love to. So I sometimes resort to online stores for apparel as well. One day I saw a coat at Zappos that I like. I didnt need another coat at the time but I really liked the style since I dont see that style often. I finally decided to give it a try since they offered free shipping.  The video that shows the item worn on a model also helped my buying decision. I placed the order online at midnight and was expecting it the day after. I was wrong. My package showed up the next day. I didnt expect it since I placed the order at night. It was a nice surprise. Another plus, the 365 days return policy so I could always return it should I change my mind. Overall experience was A+. The website was easy to navigate. The only thing that I consider lacking from Zappos is that they do not offer coupon but otherwise everything was superb.

Zappos should teach classes to other companys on customer service.  My favorite online site by a mile!!!!  Overnight shipping, fast refunds or exchange...what more can you ask for.

This was an awesome shopping experience, my mother only buys from Zappos and now I know why and i do A LOT of online shopping.  The shoe reveiws were very helpful and shipping was way faster than I thought it would be. 

From now on, i will try my shoes on at the store and come home and buy from Zappos.com

   I place my first order with Zappos last week Thurday. I got the standard email that notice my order would be shipped soon.The day my order was supposed to arrive I contacted the customer support.I never received a tracking number so I had no clue where my order was. The customer service rep could not give me an exact date when my package would arrive, but she upgraded me to the zappos VIP service, so next time my orders would be shipped overnight.    The second time I contacted customer service over a billing issue I was told that the company had some system issues and that they were behind on shipping orders and were trying to ship everything on Friday or Monday. I was given a coupon for my next order; I'm a little disappointed that I didn't receive the order when I needed it; But the customer service is great. I am hoping my next order will go smoothly next time.

From Zappos, I always get what I expect. There customer service is superb. Usually, I receive the package within 4 days, even sooner and the shipping is free of charge!! I continuously find the shoes I like at a cheaper price in Zappos than any other local stores. And the website is easy to navigate, you can search what you want with different characteristics. For people who love shoes, Zappos.com is a great place to look.  I spent forever looking for the exact type of boot I had seen about three years ago before I could afford them. I came upon a Zappos.com ad on-line, and saw the exact paid of boots! They came quickly, and they were a good price; a little less than what I had originally seen them priced as. They have so many great shoes, which is what I would mainly use them for, because they have all brands from any store in one place.

Have been using this site for a few years now and have been completely satisfied. I have ordered several pairs of shoes and I have returned/exchanged items (mainly due to sizing) and the process went very smoothly. Also most orders arrive within 2 business days... at least for me.

Zappos provides the best online shopping experience of any site I have used. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. The selection may not be the best on all items but I have found plenty of great items at reasonable prices. The service is definitely the best part of Zappos.com

Nothing but great experiences with Zappos. I've used them so many times and each time is smooth sailing!  Even if I don't like the shoes, or they don't fit...  I can ship them back for free no questions asked and get refunded.  Plus they usually ship next day at no cost!!!  Such amazing customer service!

I received my sebago boat shoes ,they were perfect after a size exchange. The return was very simple and at no cost shipping, I would have to give Zappos an excellent rating, however this was not my first purchase . Give them a try, you won,t regret it.

Great experience. I read reviews of the product before purchasing, and many of them said that it was best to order a 1/2 size smaller than usual. However, you were out of that size in the shoe that interested me. So I decided to try my normal size, just in case. But no, it was indeed, a bit too loose. Most likely 1/2 size below would have worked. But with your free shipping and return shipping, I could find that out for sure, without extra expense. I really appreciate having that option. Ordinarily I don't order clothing/shoes online, cause you can't try them on, touch them, feel them, etc. without it costing money to return if it is not a good match. You make it possible, so I will definitely try again when the mood strikes me.

My shopping experience was perfect with Zappos.com. The web site is incredibly easy to navigate, they have a ton of different choices, their customer service was excellent and speed that I received my order in is insurmountable.

I found the shoes to be too narrow in the medium width which is what I always buy. When I wanted to order the next size it was out of stock. Supposed those will come in time, but still may not be the right fit as may be too big.
