They have hard drives with the same model number but different prices and they assure you that they are the exact same thing but then when you get the drive you get a different model number. Customer support gave me major attitude when I tried to clarify the issue, would not buy from there again.

Yobitech provides very personal customer service. They have an on-line chat option and are quick to respond to email questions. I had a few questions that could not be answered by the person I was chatting with and received an email with the answers less than 15 minutes after I ended the chat session. If you already have a FedEx account, you can request your account number be used when shipping your merchandise. This allows you to take advantage of any shipping discounts you have negotiated with FedEx. I don't know about UPS or any other shipping companies.
