THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER. MORE THAN 7 DAYS TO SHIP? THAT WILL NOT BRING ME BACK. THEN 5 - 7 DAYS FOR SHIPPING. WHERE DOES THIS STUFF COME FROM, MONGOLIA? HAD I KNOWN BEFORE I PAID I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED.

WorkingGear.com carried this excellent boot, for the Bestest Price I could find. This was my 2nd pair after the first pair finally got trashed after 10 years. Super comfortable, water proof and good looking are why this Boot has so many Positive reviews. Horrible.. This company is down right rude.. I will never order from them again.. I place a order 22 days ago and still has not shipped when called to ask about order I told them since my confirmation email it said item would ship in 5-7 business days could I have expedited shipping.. the woman laughed and said no but they would gladly cancel my order. They do not care about the customer at all and I do not know how they have stayed in business for so long.. Very rude people.. I would pay twice as much just so I dont have to do business with this company again.

Website stated that item was in stock.  I ordered my item on 03 October 2012 and they charged my credit card right away.  I became concerned when the company continued to push back the shipping date.  After several calls they, finally, on 16 October 2012, informed me that they no longer have the item -- and added that the item has been discontinued.  The rather curt customer service lady apologized and stated that they would credit my card and then sent an email statement to me the next day showing this credit.  I wrote a letter to the BBB complaining about this company.  A week later I received an email stating that the item I orderd had been shipped  AFTER the order was cancelled!  What a nightmare.  I plan on writing another letter to the BBB.

I too have ordered some Sorel Slippers from this company who charged my credit card in full before the product was sent out. They keep pushing back the ship date which is making me wary. Wish I would've read the reviews before I bought. The only reason why I didn't is because the site looked ligit. I would not recomend this site to anyone very rude customer service and they like to scam people.

I got emails every few days following up on the order, so communication was good, but I ordered the danged things three weeks ago and now I'm told they won't ship until the first week of August???

I ordered five shirts for my husband for a Christmas present at the beginning of December.  Christmas was fast approaching the shirts had not arrived.  I had to contact them by e-mail for an update. Update was it would be shipped out on 1/20/11.  2011, that date had long been gone, so I took it that the e-mail meant 1/20/12.  Okay, the shirts are hard to come by I'm thinking, so I wait, I get another e-mail that says the shirts won't be shipped out unitl 1/27/12.  After doing some checking, the charge had hit my credit card when I first placed the order, and my credit card had been paid off by this time.  I requested that they cancel my order and since the credit card had a zero balance, I requested a refund be made by check.  The refused.  Now my credit card company will have to correct the mistake that this company made, by issuing me a check, making more work for me and more work for the credit card company.  I will never use WorkingGear.com or Silberman's Army & Navy again, incompetent people run this place.

I purchased a Dickies jacket from this company and it was on back order for five months.  When the jacket never arrived a month after it was supposed to finally be available I called them to find out what was up.  They informed me that it was still on backorder and would be availble in two more months.  I asked them why they never emailed me to inform me of this and they shrugged it off.  I asked for a refund and they said OK they'd refund to my bank account.  A week later when it still hadn't come through I called them back and they apologized and said it'd be issued the next day.  It's now two weeks later and still no refund.

Wasn't very happy about the customer service, ordered the boots Dec 12, called the week before xmas and they said they 'were not sure' why they were not shipped... and would call me back, they didn't.

Called back the next day they said they shipped FedEx, well they didn't and we didn't get them before xmas.

Called after xmas, they said "oh those are on back order and won't be in until Feb!"

Canceled my order

This is one of the worst online merchants I have ever dealt with. I ordered some coveralls from them, they charged my card for them immediately, kept my money tied up for 3 months and never delivered the product. I e-mailed them repeatedly but all I ever got was a canned response. Finally, without any notice, they credited my account back the money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
